Pic had refitted his bowl of soup, and had taken one of Aventine’s biscuits to dip in it. He had looped his song to keep Jar Man in his chair. The bind as weaker, but would still need some strength to break. “I mean, if I was dead, I don’t know if I’d need to eat. But that’s a concern as small as a flute. How will we deal with,” he waves to the still high Jar Man, “that?” @TheRavenHasLanded

Pic held her for a few moments, then looked at the mess surrounding them. “Will we ever get to eat?” he asks sarcastically.

Pic hugs Aventine. “Good. I haven’t lost you then”

"But seriously, are you ok? You feel 100% like yourself again?" Pic glances at Jar Man.

"But a needed arse it seems," Pic replied. He turns back to Aventine. "I can't deal with the two of them at the same time again," he hums, putting his hand on the bridge of his nose.

"I understood maybe half of that..."

Pic nods and places a hand on her shoulder. "What even happened?"

That movement got Pic's attention, and he went over to Aventine, still looking at Jar Man's attempts at entertaining himself. "Is it... you again?"

Pic didn't notice, as he was focused on keeping Jar Man in the chair. The repeated standing attempts required Pic to crescendo and decrescendo with the standing and sitting of JM.

Pic sighs (again), and starts humming a different tune. One that seemed designed to never go off of the root chord. As he sang this, his staves went off of his arms, and wrapped around Jar Man. They lifted him up, placed him in a chair, and bound him to the chair. He could still move his arms and express himself, but if he stands up, it sucks him back into the chair.

"You and me both," he mutters. He shoots a furtive look at JM, seeing if he will do anything. The staves on his arms increased in brightness.

Pic sighed and let JM up. Then turned to not-Aventine, sighed, and just kinda sat down and observed with a stressed look on his face.

Pic just continued to hold JM down, letting Eyes talk.

"Wow, what a revelation," Pic hums. He turns to Jar Man, "The other one, can we just talk this out?" @TheRavenHasLanded

Now that Jar Man is still, Pic keeps him pinned down. "Can we both just... stop?" He asks, exasperated. "I just wanted food and a date, and somehow I got neither," he explained tiredly.

"Just... stay... still.." Pic muttered between punches as he held Jar Man down.

The blow hit the staves, and did no real damage to Pic. However, the staves had produced an effect that make Pic's arms bounce and vibrate upon each hit... and Aventine's hit sent him flying into Jar Man. As Aventine took a shot, the bullet narrowly missed the two of them, and the new arms quickly grasped at Pic. He was forced to punch away arms with one hand while holding down JM at the chest with the other.

Pic stood shocked, holding his arms out where Avent-.... Not-Aventine? fought Jar Man... or Eyes..... Staves, there is so much I don't understand. Pic thought, leaping into the fray. He hummede louder, giving his arms a surge of strength, and attempted to pin the both of them down. @TheRavenHasLanded

Pic quickly moved to catch her, and managed to hold her head just before it hit a chair. "Aventine?" he asked, a little panic in his voice. He shook her a little bit, then uttered a string of expletives when she didn't wake up. He picked her up in his arms and held her, singing a tune to enhance his arm strength. The staves wrapped around his arms like they did Aventine's legs. He uttered another expletive when her appearance started changing, and was shocked when she simply stood up and pulled out a gun.

"What in the world is going on?!" Pic exclaimed.

Pic thought for a moment, and then took her hand and nodded. "I'd like to at least try," he hummed softly. "What do you mean, 'again'?!" Pic nearly dropped her hand in shock. However, he instead made the choice to grip it tighter.

"Neither have I," Pic responds, shrugging. "Are we... a thing now?" he asks as he looks Aventine full in the face. His eyes are full of questioning and hope, attempting to read anything in Aventine's face.
