Pic squeezed her tight and kissed the top of her head. "That was the goal," he hummed.

After a while of being 'silent', Pic began to speak again. "Are you liking tonight?" he asked.

Pic sat Ave down on the bench, and simply enjoyed being with her. His music aligned to be in time with her breathing, and he drummed a melody on her shoulder with his fingers.

Pic breathed deeply, simply enjoying the pressure of Aventine next to her, waiting for her to responds if she wished. He hummed a soft tune as they wandered through the garden while the moon rose. With his music, he summoned his staves to line the path ahead of them, guiding them to a secluded bench next to a pond.

Pic continued, seeming to have nearly infinite breath. "It's what made me interested in you in the first place. More, much more than that makes me want to stay with you though." Pic looped his arm around the back of her shoulders.

"Well, I like listening," Pic hummed. "Everything has a sound, and every sound can be used. Some sounds are more pleasant than others, sure, but there are so many different ones to find!" He grew more and more animated as he went along. "The best ones stick with me forever." He glanced at her as he said, "Your voice is on that list."

Being just a tad oblivous to the reaction, Pic went on. "You're always making sure others are safe, giving them a chance to heal. The title fits." Pic then turned and looked at Aventine as he led her down the courtyard path. "You want to go again, or is it my turn?"

Pic nodded. "Sounds like a book you would like," he hummed happily.

He slid his arm down and clasped her hand. “I know how you act, but I don’t know if I’ve ever heard you talk about, well, you,” he hummed. “If you’re alright with it, I’d really like to hear about what Aventine likes.”

Pics eyebrows shot up when he saw her in the outfit, and he took her arm. After softly closing Lukas’ door, he led her out into the courtyard of the Clinic. “You know, I think this is the first time I’ve done this with you,” Pic hummed.

I know that feeling. My sleep schedule got thrown off via a mission trip one time and readjusting took a solid 2 days. I think that was my one 24 hour day and I fell alseep in the prayer room for about 20 minutes cause I coudn't stay awake. -
Look, sometimes the lab calls, and I am there till 12 am in the basement peeling crystals like fruit. Other times, Mario Party go brrr.
