I love being forgotten

Ok, I wasn't forgotten. That's me being stupid and dramatic and lonely and asking for attention. I texted my mom that we'd be back at 4:45 and then my phone died. We got to the school and she wasn't there, so I called her with my friend's phone and left a message. But she forgot her phone when she went to the school. 30 minutes later, I called my dad's phone with my choir teacher's phone and he picked up. They got to me about 15 minutes later. My mom had just thought I'd text when we were close--- which I would have done if my phone wasn't dead. I don't know why I'm defending myself. It was just a series of bad coincidences. Oh, and apparently we had decided to celebrate my little brother's birthday today, which I didn't know. 

I miss being little enough that everyone pays attention to you but you don't mind a bit. I hate being like this--- simultaneously hating to be in the spotlight, but also craving attention. 

I need to stop doing that, actually. So please just ignore this post. 

Anyway. I'm going to go try and convince myself to do something constructive.
