  1. Arranis, Mistwarrens, Bendalloy Bar Arranis glances around the interior of the bar. It was a nice place, somewhat new, and very private, something that a lot of inhabitants would want in this part of they city. He instincts screaming at him, about the all the people that were sitting around the small table in the corner. He watches them watch him, and turns away. Pretending to only give them a brief glance. Like his attention had slid off them like water on a duck's back. He sidles up to the bar, mentally telling his spren watch over those people through their bond. "Already ahead of you" she whispers in his ear. He orders a orange at the bar, the bartender looking awkwardly at him, until he places his money down. He dims the glow of his stormlight, a trick he had learned over time, and went and sat in the opposite corner to the people of interest.
  2. The Creek Aaron, swung his hands around, calling up plants from all around him to try and tangle the other half-bloods that were trying to cross and grab their flag. He grew them beyond natural heights and strengths, blending them together in the moment. Grabbing some of the sweet smelling flowers from nearby, he grows them large, making them drop many spores. "Please be sleeping spores, Please" he waits seeing for any reaction from his struggling captives, straining and cutting at their bonds. Some more successful than others. The flower droops droppin the spores onto the kids. Be breathes in excitedly. They stay awake "Dang it" he yells. Stomping around, calling up more vines, when he notices that the eyes are rolled back into their heads. He sniffs the spores experimentally feeling lightheaded, and giddy. Natural Happy Gas, cool. He grabs onto one of the plants nearby, forming it into a chair for him to sit on. Now time to wait for more people, he thinks to himself.
  3. Home, District Orodain Doug walked away from the house, becoming almost a shadow, as he sank to his hands and knees, heading to his meeting place. Where he had met friends, most of which were now dead from the Hunger Games. The place that he met other people, was a special place for him, it was a small glade where some small flowers grow, and where springy green grass lay across the small hillside that it was located on. Reaching the glade, he pushes through the small crawl space of leaves that blocked the entrance. He saw small lifespren bobbing around the plants, glowing with a soft green light. He lay back on the grass. Everytime he had been here, someone from this glade, would always end up in the games. He looked up into the sky, gazing at all of the stars, feeling the slight chilness of the wind. Hearing a rustle from the entrance, he sits up. "Douglas, you in there?" he hears his brothers voice, full of apprehension. "Yes, I am here" he responds back. His brother appears through the bushes, looking around, only in his pyjamas. "Why are out here?" his brother asks "You should be sleeping." "I could ask you the same thing" Douglas replies, "you know you are not supposed to be out of the house alone" his brother sits down beside him, resting his head on him. "Well I am not alone, am I" Aiden replies sounding somewhat petulant. Currently, HG Arena Douglas looks at the book in amazement, so much knowledge on how to survive. He flips through the pages, the fire lighting the pages up for him to read. He grabs his makeshift spear out of the fire, testing its point. it should be good enough, he thinks to himself. He stops at the back of the book looking at what is written there. @SmilingPanda19
  4. Will there end up being a coherent plot line for this RP,
  5. "I could always incapacitate them with plants, and if there are any plants with sleeping spores nearby, I can try and do it on a wider scale" Aaron pipes up. "Who are we going to send to the other flag, or are we just going to wait until they are all incapacitated?" he asks again in rapid succession.
  6. Aaron looks back at her, "Thanks" he calls back, before making them grow toward her, letting them blossom, but not grow peas. He knew that she was a child of Hades, but unlike the others in his cabin, he finds the story somewhat romantic, and everything turned out in the end, which he liked. As most stories did not end that way. Maybe I should say that to her, he thinks to himself. He scoots closer to their side of the table. "I know most of my fellow cabin mates don't like you or your father, but I consider the story almost sweet, and happy, as it ends with a good resolution, with a compromise. So I don't know why everyone is hostile" "Do we have any plans?" he asks his question to the bigger group He turns to the person that addressed him. "Aaron, Son of Demeter, I have been here half a year, You?"
  7. Welcome to the Shard, I started on Mistborn

  9. Aaron looks around, two kids from the big three!, he thinks to himself. Excellent, this should give us a win. He finally spots the rest of the group, spread around the hephaestus table, with it's metal like protrusions, and mechanical look. He blanched, he much preferred the natural look of the Demeter table, Anyway he says to himself. Heading over to the other table, dropping off some food along the way, as a sacrifice to his mother. Please help me find friends he feels the soft glow that he remembered and always associated with his mother. He walks over trying and succeeding to sound confident in himself and his abilities. One of the group had been playing with a vial of something. He shudders, wonder what those Hecate kids cooked up for her. He sat down at the end of the table, making his peas grow into vines, and start sprouting, trying to show the others his power.
  10. I lost, mainly because I was scrolling through my notifications. Though @ΨιτιsτηεΒέsτ @Invisible @Edema Rue
  11. Aaron walks out of the Demeter cabin, stunned that a building could be made almost entirely out of plants. He had been messing around with some during the night, and when he had awoke, he had needed to cut himself out of the vines, as he could make things grow, but not wither and die. He strode outside, looking around and stretching, and ducks back inside, to put his Camp Half Blood shirt on. He still couldn't believe that this place existed, it was almost a dream come true. Heading out, he heads towards the mess
  12. Home, District Orodain Douglas lay sleeping in the small straw bed, that he shared with the rest of his family. His brother snored to his left, the sound betraying the small frame in which it came from, and his mother on his far left, her mouth making small sounds as she breathed evenly and shallowly as she slept. His family were the lucky ones, some others did not even have a mattress to sleep on. A lot of people still slept on the ground. The house that they lived in was better than most as well, as his father had been a carpenter, and wood was in plentiful supply, if you looked in the right places. Trying to quietly slip out of bed, he padded bare foot towards the door of the house. Lifting it, and slowly easing it backwards, allowing a chilly night air to pass through the building, making his brother and mother shiver. Before he quietly slips out into the night. Currently, HG Arena Douglas threw down his fire starter in disgust, he had been trying to light a small fire, so he could harden the tip of his makeshift spear, and have some warmth and light, to beat back the coldness of the northern part of the arena. The blanket that had been in the backpack, was slung around his shoulders, in an attempt to keep himself warm. Why did I never learn how to start a fire properly he thinks to himself, grabbing the "firestarter" which in reality was a stick with shoelaces tied like a bow. Setting the firestarter into the nook of the wood, he spins it, greatly increasing the speed. He sees a soft glow of light, and he suppresses a yell of excitement. He had done it. He grabbed the small pile of tinder nearby, and carefully put the ember in it, and within minutes, he had a small fire. "Let's see if there is anything in this book" @SmilingPanda19@Invisible@Edema Rue, he mutters to himself, as he sets the spear hardening.
  13. Arranis, Mistwarrens Arranis wondered around the Mistwarrens. It was a depressing sort of place, one that he imagined would not have been possible in an ideal world, but suited the non ideal, all the same. The dank buildings seemed to crowd everything else out, with the roads feeling like you were ants walking under a cave roof. Some of the buildings showed great repair, and maybe an attempt to make this place more civilised, but with a glance around him, Arranis can see it did not make a difference. His spren zipped around him, pulling into tight circles, or flying out in wide arcs, dashing through the alleyways, trying to find out where the pseudo-inquisitor was. His instincts said there was something nearby, maybe not the inquisitor, but someone or something that could help them find their goal. "Find anything?" he asks his spren, as it zipped towards him, from one of the smaller alleyways. He saw many people look his way, openly hostile and distrusting, as he made a sound. What a happy place he thinks to himself. "I have found a bar, back a bit, that looks newer, and I fell that is the place where we should go" she whispers into his mind. "Lead the way" he whispers back. Consuming some of the investiture that he carries around in multiple areas on his person, he starts glowing, mist seemingly seeping out of his skin. He carries on walking, his senses on high alert. Before opening the door to the bar.
  14. Home, District Orodain Douglas glances over the schoolwork that littered his little brothers desk. He never remembered having this much school work, but things change, he thought. He had heard that once, kids did not have to do proper work until the 4th or 5th grade. How nice that would have been he thinks to himself. "Do you know what you are doing?" his brothers voice pierced through his thoughts. It was a sound he had heard for going on for about 5 years now. As he had cared for his brother since he was born, as Father had died, and mother needed help, the amount of death that was in the world now, shook her. Douglas looked at the innocence on his little brothers face, before looking back at pages of symbols he could barely understood. The symbols seemed to swim out of the page taunting him, several he was sure he had never been taught. School must be accelerating quicker he thinks to himself. Probably to get people working as slaves faster. He sighs looking back at his brother "I don't know what half of the symbols mean" he says to the boy beside him, "I have never even learned of many of these things." His brother lights up at this, as a thought hit him "So I am smarter than you?" he questions. "I will never live this down" he mutters to himself, watching as his brother paraded around the small room, chanting "I am smarter than Douglas..." he smiles nonetheless, his brothers energy was infectious. Currently, HG Arena Puffing, exhausted from the strain he had been putting himself through to get the tree branch down, Douglas looks around again, making sure he is safe, he had been doing so routinely, because he knew the time he did not, would be the time that he would be taken by surprise. Satisfied that there was no one nearby, he darts another glance around, before looking at the giant branch, he had forced down from the tree. It had been sturdier than it had looked, and he had spent a long while, jumping on it, and trying to pull it down enough, so that it cracked itself from the tree. He sat down grabbing some of the smaller rocks from nearby, setting himself the task, of trying to whittle down at least part of the branch to use as a weapon, or anything to defend himself, from whatever that may be.
  15. Home District Orodain "Doug..., can you help me puh..lease" his little brother pulled on his shirtsleeve. Doug looked down at his brother, his patchwork clothes, full of dirt, and grass, from where he had been playing games with other kids his age. His hair a mess of brownish curls, and his face showing the innocence of someone that did not know the harsh realities of the world. "What do you need help with Aiden" he says, trying to sound light and upbeat. "I need help with my school work, it is really hard.." He responds, sounding dull He was normally so full of energy normally, but ever since the announcement of new Hunger Games on the horizon, had started worrying. Worrying that his brother could be part of them. Which was something Doug thought, and felt with his increased feelings, was unnecessary for someone as young as his brother, who had recently celebrated his 5th birthday. Currently HG Arena Douglas looked into the bag, shock written in his body language, A.... A... Journal and a Blanket! When am I going to use those, and how will I defend myself, he mentally screams, not wanting to alert others of his presence. He glances around, looking quickly to make sure no one was nearby. He stuffs the things in his backpack, heaving the coarse fabric up and over his shoulders, feeling the weight settle onto his back. He glances at a nearby tree seeing a somewhat sturdy branch and goes over, determined to get it off the tree, and to use it as a weapon.
  16. Previously Douglas ran quickly to the cornucopia, feeling the ground beneath him through the soles of his shoes, and hearing the breath of the other tributes as the ran. He grabs a smaller pack from the arena, feeling it's coarse fabric. Slinging it over his shoulder, feeling the contents shaking around. Before running, heart pounding, towards the north, the cold, and the height. Currently Douglas runs, ever toward the mountains, the cooler air blowing from the north, hitting his face, freezing the sweat that beaded there. Opening his senses once again, he listens trying to hear if anyone is in the nearby vicinity. Hearing nothing suspicious, he opens his bag to find... @SmilingPanda19@Invisible

  20. Hello, I have been a fan since about 2017. I have read all the books except the latest one with Nico and Will. I have also watched the movies and the series, I enjoyed the series much more than the movies. Though still different was much better. Does anyone agree with me?
