  1. I hate it when people joke or tease or just make observations about me most of the time because for some reason it makes me really self-conscious and hurts a lot, even if it should just be a joke or something.

    Why am I like this? It's just a joke! It's only a teasing! Why am I so emotionally fragile?

      Idle comments that are just made can hurt as well. My siblings will idly comment on something that the other sibling is doing and it will hurt the other sibling. Words have the greastest power, greater than anything else. It is up to the people to use the power in words to uplift and inspire instead of putting people down. Even idle comments.

      Thank you. I think that the main problem for me is feeling like that shouldn't hurt. They mean me no harm. I don't want people to change how they act or talk around me for fear of offending me.

      They shouldn't walk on eggshells, but they should be mindful of their words. Mindfulness is important when it comes to speech. Inadvertently thoughtless comments can hurt. They should always think before speaking to you and everyone else. Both you and the world deserve at least that. They'll also not be doing themselves favors if they go through life saying things without thinking.
