  1. Cool! When are those times?
  2. Silhouette walks by. "Yeah, this place is a lot of fun! Just watch out for anyone who challenges you to a foosball game! Those can get out of hand. I think we've had," he counts on his fingers, "three different foosball games and seven of them have ended up in this place exploding." He glances at Random. "Hey! How's it going? I believe we still have to complete our foosball game."
  3. Hey, @Robin Sedai beat me to it; I was about to do the same! Thanks for the follow, Luckspren! :D

  4. Lots of variety! I like it
  5. Totally! The topic is about musicians, and singers are definitely musicians. That's super cool! What kind of music do you like to listen to/sing? Also, piano is really worth the work! Stick with it
  6. Hello! Nice to meet you! I'm sure that you'll find lots to enjoy here! You too, @Wizard Apocalypse100
  7. Sorry to break your long victory!
  8. I know! I've had that same experience! I love rereading Sanderson books and catching little hints or references to the future. Every time I find one I get so excited because it's so fun to find things like this.
  9. Silhouette drops the ball down the middle and the game begins... except, the table's different now. Features form on top of the table, tiny mountains growing, chasms of lava filling in the earth, even miniscule orcs spontaneously appearing... until the board looks something like a pinball machine inspired by angry Tolkien copycat #1
  10. Silhouette pushes a button on the table, and the game resets itself. "1-0"
  11. The voidbringers dash forward and begin to throw themselves against the bars. One slips in the space in between. "That's a point for me!" Silhouette shouts.
  12. Silhouette's army of voidbringers marches towards the enemy and pulls off one of the bars the radiants hang from
  13. Silhouette pushed the ball back. He focused, and instinctively awakened his voidbringers, draining the color from Random's cosmere bandana, and marched them onwards
  14. Silhouette pushed on the ball, sending it hurling towards Random's goal.
  15. The cookie, however, was filled with mysterious ingredients and the mouse soon began to float.
  16. "We shall." Silhouette smiled. He dropped the metal ball onto the table and chaos ensued.
  17. Silhouette smirked. "No problem. The table always fixes itself." As he spoke, the shard-lightsaber flew out of the table and the pieces reformed.
  18. Just then, one of the clocks in the room chimed. "That's an E flat, by the way," Silhouette said with a twinkle in his eye. The table seemed to turn slightly less brown, but was surely a trick of the light.
  19. Silhouette gestured towards the table in the corner. "I call being the Voidbringers this time!" He smirked as he casually patted the metal pieces then nonchalantly downed the contents of a glass vial.
  20. Silhouette looked at Hoidus. "Well, that was random. This should be fun" He pulled out his lightsaber and smiled. "Hey, mysterious painted cosmere lady person! Wanna play foosball? All powers are allowed."
  21. "Hoidus," Silhouette grumbled. "Can you please stop making desserts out of my animals?" He walked over. "Hey, why don't we go explore the basement level of this place? I heard a rumor that that floor is filled with psychotic figments of Sanderson's imagination. I don't think that it's been properly traversed yet."
  22. Silhouette looked stricken. "That's my speical carrier pigeon! Hoidus, that's enough!"
  23. "Hoidius?! Not again!!" Silhouette shouted. "You're not allowed to eat sandwiches in the library. Please take your sandwich and world war out of this room" he sighed.
  24. So I wrote a poem called "The Brink of Consciousness" about the time at night when it's just your thoughts and you, which I think some people sometimes have a hard time with (I know I have). It's a bunch of haiku stanzas meshed together to make one bigger poem. Feedback is welcome ^_^

    Spoiler

    I ponder alone

    At the brink of consciousness

    Embracing the night

    I contemplate life

    Considering sanity

    Rough reality

    I think about words

Words are colors, warm and cool

    Painted on voices

    I listen to sound

    Bizarre and mysterious

    Elegant yet coarse

    But grim thoughts invade

    Snarling at my weaknesses

    Surrounding my mind

    I’m caught off balance

    Distracted by disorder

    Sorrow, gloom and woe

    I’m trapped in myself

    Memories echo inside

    It’s overwhelming

    I clutch onto hope

    Wrenching myself towards the light

    It’s warm and pleasant

    I remember smiles

    My friends laughing together

    Jovial and free

    My family’s love

    Unconditional support

    Helps heal the broken

    I realize the truth

Life is either joy or gloom

    We decide which one

    Tomorrow is hope

It’s the sun rising once more

    Bringing a new dawn

    As my breath rises

    And falls with every puff

    I lie silently

    Waiting for the night

To take me upon its wings

    Out of consciousness

    1. Morningtide

      Morningtide

That's so cool! I really like how the haikus make the whole thing funnier without needing a rhyming sequence. The message is so inspiring and hopeful! I like it a lot

Thank you! I really like haikus. Now that I look back at it, the poem is a little cheesy but I think I like it anyway :D
