  1. Well, he pierces the realms. So that's a min ascension.
  2. And then, where does Hoid go?
  3. Name: Carl World: era one scadrial Powers: (0-3 scale) 3, mistborn and skimmer ferring. Resources: (0-4 scale) 1, a small bag of atium, an iron metalmind surgicaly implanted in his body and the basic stuff every mistborn has Skills: (1-3 scale) 1, expertise: steel and iron allomancy, skill #1: hand to hand combat of any sort. Flaw: little self control, not much respect for leadership. Notes: Is a steel savant and is really close to being an iron savant, Is a bronze and copper Savant also, and has unusually strong bronze three or four times stronger than the average Seeker. also will try to obtain a shard blade if the opportunity presents itself. Also want to get him an awakened to mistcloak if I can. also close to being a atium savant this ok? @Brik_head If you are close to being an atrium savant, you are close to being the vessel for ruin. Which I gotta say might be a little bit too strong
  4. So, the lighting is becasue it's a giant metal hunk; the lightning goes around you rather than through. It protects you from heat, since it's airtight, and won't melt. Invested things probably have a harder time burning, since X amount of investiture just makes things stronger. so maybe?
  5. All of your hair falls out. YOU MAY LEAVE.
  6. This will do.
  7. The coppermind page might have some spoilers. What books have you read? I can edit them out?
  8. ... Why was the most people on the shard at one time on my birthday last year.

  9. Yeah, ok, Taravangian was in the process of dying but hadn't died yet. That's what I thought happened. Thus, Szeth didn't kill his body, he hadn't died yet.
  10. I wonder, did Kelsier's body vanish when he ascended? If Taravangian's body was dead, he should have been a cognitive shadow when he killed Rayse, like Kel was when he ascended to Preservation.
  11. Honestly that timelines makes no sense, people don't just die that quickly? His body vanishes right? Szeth sees Rayse's corpse?
  12. So in the Row summary in chapter 113 it says I thought Szeth saw Rayse's body and thought he had killed Taravangian, but it wasn't really his? Is this a mistake?
  13. The gas does not react.
  14. The Dawnshards were used in the creation of the Cosmere and (minor TSM) So it's not a stretch to imagine they're fundamental, but they're not fundamental forces, that's the surges, as Alder said. The Dawnshards are powerful Commands, that presumably determine the functions of investiture. I think of them as representations of the Laws of investiture, but thats just me.
  15. Perhaps, DO YOU LOVE IT!? The mist gathers into figures which dance and squirm. Then let me remind you. Long ago, in a Time before Time, there was a Garden. It was perfect and pure, pruned to perfection. It was beautiful, and since it has always been there, the Gardeners thought it would always be. And it was, until one day, a single seed began to grow unplanned. No one knew who had planted this seed, and while the Gardners fought, the plant began to flower. It was beautiful, yes, but it was not a beauty that fit. It was... perverse. It shimmered where it should glow and was green when it should be gray. The colors, the angles! It was all wrong. The Gardeners came to a consensus, the flower must be destroyed. So the stalwart son went into the flower to destroy it from within. It found that many in the flower had seen the splendor of the garden and wished to save it. For when the Flower blossomed, it crushed another. A trillion lives, extinguished in an instant. That flower's beauty is gone forever. The stalwart son worked with those in the flower to poison its roots and dull its shimmer. It was working, and the Gardeners were overjoyed. Until, suddenly, the flower struck back. It chose four people to wield its power, and they bound the Son, until one of them betrayed the flower and freed him. The flower withered and burned while the Gardeners looked on with joy. Then one, desperate light bound himself to the Son, and the the traitor. The desperate light threw himself off the flower, taking the Traitor and The Son with him. The Gardeners were horrified and waited too long to strike again. When they gathered their strength once more, they came to a realization. The garden was gone, and the Gardeners were reduced to watchers, too weak to stop the flowers. Now only one flower remains. Us.
