  1. mhhh I forgot about it before, but should there be an enhancement magic? Make yourself physically stronger, faster and more durable?
  2. Absolutely. I thought about naming them but I was waaay to lazy. Knock yourself out. If you need any help, ping me.
  3. Wonderful. Jasmine is an air mage and a clairvoyant. I should make a second...
  4. Do we want each person to only have one type of magic? Also a couple of other ideas: Warding Magic: Vermin bothering you? An Ex that won't leave you alone? Put a ward down! Now the common practitioner can ward a room or so, stopping small animals from getting in, and making it less desirable for humans, but in groups, barriers over whole houses are possible! Animal Magic: OH GOD, A RABID PIGEON! Oh. He's friendly. Animals love you, and merchants fear you! Your hawks will be more willing to work with you! In groups, maybe you can breed stronger animals, or even control them! Light Magic: You've been trapped in a dark cave.... Luckily, you can just make a mote of light! Illuminate the world, show off all the tricks, make a lightshow!
  5. Oh also, since magic is very minor, how on earth did the king change everyone's memory? Are some people stronger than others? Did he find some sort of amplifier?
  6. What??? Who on earth would do such a thing! It's on purpose lol. I saw you where doing cults and thought "Collective magic...."
  7. Both of these are contentious. Ado might have well created the Aethers for all we know, the Aethers claim otherwise, but they're a bit biased. Ado was certainly at least a little sentient, everything in cosmere is, even sticks. (If it makes you feel any better I had to double-check which is which) I don't doubt that Ado was Sapient either, if the basic nature of investiture remained the same, ado would have become sentient on its own very easily, much less if it had a vessel of some sort. I personally think Ado is the power, that the aspects of the shard are just his personality.
  8. It makes sense for individual people to be less "powerful" on their own, but in larger and larger groups, they can cast real, genuine magic. For example, healing magic could mend bones when 12 people work together, or air magic could create a cyclone. I'd presume you need to train to work together effectively; two randoms can't just work together; that's too easy.
  9. So like, mostly small, Quality of life, Utility magic? Here's a few other examples off the top of my head for people to mess with. Fire Magic: No microwave? No problem! Keep food warm, maybe get in large groups put out a fire? Plant Magic: Greenest thumb ever, those plants are in perfect health! In large groups, get bigger yields, greener leaves, ect. Water Magic: To the tune of Rain On Me by Lady Gaga Rain. On. NOT YOU! Keep dry(er), Wick away your sweat faster, and clean clothes with more ease! Air Magic: Wind messing up your perfect hair? No longer! Have better balance, fall slower, and not a chance of the wind revealing your comb-over. Gravity Magic: Oh no! You dropped your glass! What's this? It slowed down enough for it to not break? How grand! Earth Magic: Find the CarCarrige key's you missed, and make sure you get all the rocks while plowing! Illusion Magic: You've got a pimple, and tonight is the big ball!! Just cover it with an IllusionPatch™ to make sure no one sees it! Gossy hair.... Glass skin... Healing Magic: Keep waking up with strange bruises? Well no longer will you have to wander around, being asked who beat you senseless while you slept. Just heal those micro-breaks! Divination Magic: Pick a card, any card! Is this not a causality lock that will put on a set course and forbid you from free will? Either hyper-specific (Be wary of rain next Tuesday when three geese fly overhead), or hopelessly vague! (When cooperation flies overhead, be wary of things that may darken your mood!). Also like, if we're playing this, it shouldn't work with humans.
  10. First off, Sick as Heck worldbuilding. Second off
  11. Oh god, yet another classic game that i've heard raving reviews about, that i've never played--
  12. Jakob looks at them running away, before saying to Intellect. "So. Now what?" @SpiritOfWrath
  13. "You followed me into this shop, darksider." Fennir says with some venom, gripping the seeds tightly.
  14. "You've been following me."
  15. He,at the last second, notices fenir was standing in that corner, his sword drawn, holding... seeds in his other hand? "Who sent you?" He asks, in a guarded tone.
  16. With a sudden flare of the force, Krys feels a strong aversion to going in that corner. Did he really need that stuff?
  17. Between blinks of the Twilek, Fennir has vanished. If you where to really look hard, you might notice the light seems to act funny in the corner of the shop.
  18. She sees a cloaked figure walk in. There's a scabbard on his back. "Do you... uh... have ship parts?" Fennir asks, clearly making things up.
  19. Oh Force, he's seen me. Fennir hustles past, speedily walking away and ducking into a nearby parts shop to escape the darksider. @Spark of Hope
  20. He sees a flash of red skin and face tendrils under the cloak.
