    Okay I need some serious help.

    I am behind in English. For some reason I can't figure out how to get a catchy purpose for this.

    My topic is Teens and young adults should use social media in moderation because it can distracts from positive activities, it can cause isolation in youth, and it can lead to depression and mental issues.

    (I didn't start to seriously using the Shard until I started to write this speech :))
