It's a Playfair Cipher. Took a few different methods, but GPT got the first line with Playfair and said it would take a bit to do the rest, but I had it do it. It only took like 45 seconds.

How would one go about translating this 

TLT's currently on page 2972, and this podcast is labelled as page 2986. Is that a mistake, or am I confused as to how these podcasts work?

Tom Joebob, Melody, X... Is this a CBST story? Or.. TLT? I don't exactly know how the two are connected.
