My ear hurts a good bit.

It was fine for awhile, but it's been getting progressively worse and I still have to do a bunch of math.

  This used to happen to me frequently. And then my doctor gave me a nasal spray. And it fixed it.
  
  I hope your ear gets better. You can use like garlic to soothe it if it’s an earache

  If it persists, go to a doctor, and have them inspect your ear.
  
  Ear infections are nasty.
  
  Also, if it's something that is a common occurrence with cold weather, mention that.
