Spoiler
Interesting how several parties want Scar's allegiance.

We could find the bridge and cross it, or we could find it and blow it up.
This is a very strange corner of Wish.

You wouldn't believe how many birds I had to wrangle. I didn't know you owned so many cages! But look, the windows are closed, and I got the canary, the macaw, the hummingbird...

I take personal offense to that second statement (/j) but I'll allow it.

Perhaps I have an unpopular opinion, but I actually enjoyed Princess Academy more than the Books of Bayern. Both are very well done, though.

1) This is the origin of the word "silvereye"
However the name @Silvereye is already taken, hence the "Just a".
2) Bolognese pasta, definitely.
3)I love them all, I can't really name one. If you put a gun on my head, though... I'd go with either Rhythm of War (because Kaladin's arc is just so good), Hero of Ages (one of the best endings I have ever read) or Emperor's Soul (great magic, great character work, and possibly a bit of nostalgia bc it was my first cosmere book)
1) Fascinating! I didn't know about that, that's hilarious.
2) I can respect that, though I'm more of a starfish person myself.
3) Excellent books; excellent answers.

Do you have any siblings?
If you could take any of the 14 Shards we know of, which one would you choose? Which one would you not choose?
Yes, many. How many? I'll leave that as a mystery.
That's a really good question. I guess I'd choose... Mercy? Maybe Cultivation. I definitely wouldn't choose Odium, though that's kind of an answer to be expected. XD

I don't think food is supposed to look like that...
No, no... you're going to be all right. Just stay with me. Stay with me.

So I found this and I am very happy and the timing is absolutely perfect.
I currently sing in my school's basic treble choir and tonight was our first concert. And we had this song we sang called, I Believe. It has two solos in it and the second one was very different from anything I have ever had the opportunity to sing at a school. The lyrics in the second solo are, "I believe in God I believe in God even when even when God is silent" And yes I know God is never truly silent, but it immediately stuck out to me. It was like the perfect opportunity for me to be able to in some way bear a part of my testimony. I determined that for the first time in a while I was going to audition for the solo. I did and I got it. Today I started to get very very nervous about it and didn't think to ask for any help or comfort in prayer until I found this. One of the first things I saw was the response to Calano's post from a while ago and after reading it I immediately prayed for comfort. As it got closer to the performance time I said a couple more prayers and had moments where my anxiety about it would start to rise in me and I would feel comfort without having to ask for it. And then as I was singing the solo I suddenly hit me that throughout the entire evening I had just proved that I not only believe in God but I know God is real and that I know God loves me.
So thank you, thank you, thank you! I was in great need of this today. Thank you.
What a powerful story. Thank you for sharing. I'm glad that you got to experience this.

I love that.
In other news, I actually got to DM a session for the first time yesterday! I couldn't make it for weeks due to trips and performances, but yesterday finally worked, and it was wonderful. It's one thing to weave a story for someone to read, but another to weave a story for someone to explore and interact with, and I love it.

This conference is the best one that I can remember watching, not necessarily objectively, but I really, really loved it. This was exactly the spiritual buoying I needed.

I read 'em and enjoyed 'em. It's been a little while, though.

Any reader of classics?

So far, I've read very few of what are traditionally considered classics. I've read a Tale of Two Cities and Pride and Prejudice, but I need to read more. I recently bought a book with all of Jane Austen's works, and I'm excited to read it all.
