I think "Blade" sounds better than "Knife" but it's also more cliche. Knife might work better depending on what you're going for.

I'd need to know a little more context to decide between Rebellion and Revolution.

Generally, I think 1 and 4 work better than 2 and 3, respectivley.

It's a folk name for a leader of the uprising. He's a knife fighter who collects knives, but I'm toying with a group that acts as an antagonistic force being called the Blades of Achadame (the nation).
