  1. @_Stick_, I lost my post, but @Amanuensis can confirm that I used my action to make a PM last cycle. Also, I haven’t taken a non-PM action yet, so I don't know if it doesn’t affect all actions, but so far as I can tell, it didn’t affect any of my free actions. Haven't really been on too much, I was in class. I was working on a post but lost it, so this one will have to make do.
  2. Care to explain? I get that it's something to do with being Cursed by Time, but do you know anything more than that?
  3. @Scars of Hathsin @xinoehp512 @Quintessential @_Stick_ @Ashbringer @Amanuensis @Sart @|TJ| @Wonko the Sane @Labyrinth Can I please get a full list of who hasn't gone to Tea? It's theoretically possible everyone has, but I doubt it.
  4. Second this! Everyone please tell me if you've gone to the Tea Party or not just so that we know. Then only go to the Tea Party if you haven't already.
  5. Could I know if anyone failed to sit at the Tea Party, specifically because of overpopulation. It's quite important. I also ask that anyone who didn’t attend the party do so this turn, and that anyone who did not do so again.
  6. Really wish I hadn't missed rollover, or I would have taken you up in your deal, bit as it is I'm pretty sure I need my action for something else. We'll see.
  7. Not sure about that one either (know you made a comment about that, but I will reveal that I am also a Clubs and most definitely not on the same faction as you). Also, since apparently this is happening to people. I started the game as cursed by Time, which is apparently related to my role somehow.
  8. Oh WoT Season Two Episode Two is wonderful. Such good characterization, especially Mat, and Selene, and Elayne (I was hesitant for a second, but I have decided I like her).

  9. So does anyone see a reason to not just all put in the action to drink some tea? I myself am quite fond of tea, especially the peach variety (my nickname is quite literally Peah Tea), and most specifically of the offbrand Crystallyte variant.
  10. —We do not wish you to make a rash decision, you may holo your council if you need to discuss, but we were told to meet here. We do not leave, except to leave this system. Holo your council, we will even provide you as much privacy as you desire, but this is our meeting place and it will stay as such.—
  11. Who is this Alpha you speak of? This is merely yet another new player playing for the first time.
  12. The Tentaculum, as a whole, had never been good at reading the emotions of other races, but something about this situation seemed off. —I do not enjoy repeating myself. As for the Durralium, while it is certainly your most valued resource, it is not ours. The Great House trades in blood, and while we would be greatly benefited by your Durralium, we could leave now and not be the worse for it.— The ambassador shifted into a stance that could only be interpreted as threatening. —Choose now. Call your council via holo, or some other method if you must discuss, but we do not leave. So choose, glory at our side or dust beneath our tentacles.—
  13. —Ah, yes, of course. And we will of course get to that. But we come here for another purpose. We wish to make an alliance. The sort to make the world's tremble.— The ship creaked further as a different hatch opened. A machine, perhaps the size of a car, was lifted out by drones. Another Tentaculum came forth with it. —A prototype mech, not anywhere near true size, but quite the marvel, yes?— It was shaped rather like a Tentaculum, an omnidirectional Sphere with many limbs coming out of it, each with their own purpose. The ambassador continued. —I bear the full authority of the Grand-Emperor in all negotiations. With the power of your mech technology to make this a reality, the Tentaculum forces would be unstoppable. And those who helped us reach such power would not be forgotten.— She looked at the machine. —So while this would be a trade, it would be... an odd sort of trade. The kind that gave both of us vastly more wealth than we began with.— The ambassador seemed, well, the best word for it would be flushed, excited. —We don't just want your Durralium, we don't just want your mechs, we want your engineers, we want your armies, and we want to crush anyone who stands in our way.—
  14. The Tentaculum land. The ship creaks and growns for a minute before Ambassador Longessay Shot Low-Sing steps, wells, creeps, out. —Greetings. You know why we are here?—
  15. The Tentaculum begin to mobilize their troops for an unknown purpose.
  16. The Tentaculum ships move into position around their target. Slowly, one by one, squadron by squadron, they go into stealth mode. By no means undetectable, but hard to notice in a casual search. Simultaneously, the expedition arrives at the base of one of House Durral's mountains. @Matrim's Dice
  17. *Earlier in time cause I got hung up* The Grand-Emperor disconnects his holo and leaves. He climbs into his ship and fires up to leave. After exiting the atmosphere, the ship turns around, and the Grand-Emperor analyzes the planet. —One blast. Just one blast and hierarchies of every House would be devastated.— His heir, the strongest claimant to his name, stepped forward. —Are you suggesting what I think you are suggesting Sire?— —No, Warsinger. Now is not the time. But perhaps eventually.— The Tentaculum ship turned to leave, and detected a fleet approaching. He opened communication to send them a message. —Radio Transmission— —From the Great House of Blood to House Min'oTaar— (Unintelligenius can read free) The Tentaculum leave without further comment.
  18. The Grand-Emperor pauses. —it is an affront to our very culture.— He walks away. He tunes into the meeting.
  19. —We will watch via holo then. But note that we are outraged.—
