The Town Where Nothing Happened
Random Bystander replied to Zephrun’s Imperium's topic in Roleplaying
"It's fine." She was laughing internally, amusedly imagining what could have happened. "Could I have some more sprite?" -
Lilliana made it to a trash can, and promptly vomited. She decided to lay down on the floor. She then accidentally took a nap.

I see your point. However, I don't completely agree with said point. Why? Because we all believe in the same Christ. We may believe different things about him than traditional Christians, but that doesn't mean that we believe in a different Christ. If there's a person, and someone believes something about that person that contradicts what someone else believes about the same person, that doesn't mean that they are talking about two different people. That's how I see it at least. But I do see where you are coming from.
-
"That does sound kind of irritating." Lilliana's face was getting pale. "That is so gross." She moaned. "I think I'm gonna hurl." She ran to the bathroom. Go away morbidly curious thoughts. I don't want to know the answer to those questions. That's just wrong.

"Thanks." She then drank her sprite. She drank all of it, and the straw made the really annoying slurp-y noise when she finished. -
According to the guy who said that to me, we apparently believe in a different Christ. After he said that I think I stared at him for about 3 minutes in utter confusion, before replying with an extremely confused 'What?' It's like, is that supposed to make sense? Do you think we don't believe in the Bible being true? 'Cuz we do. It's nice to know that I'm not the only person irritated by this, because really? Come on people! Get your facts straight.

"As long as you don't try to kill or harm any of us, I think we should all be fine..." "Um... Didn't Mr. lion killer over there say that Costco's are evil or something, and that we should go to IKEA instead?"

"It's fine. I doubt you are the one who made the sandwich, so I don't think it could be your fault. Although I would like those pickles..." -

Morgan took one look at her sandwich, and raised her eyebrow. "Uh... This is supposed to have extra pickles. Why is it pickle-less? Are you out of pickles?" -
Cess looked around uncomfortably. She was in an unfamiliar room, in an unfamiliar city, with people she didn't know. Outwardly, she just looked slightly nervous. Inwardly, she was having a mental breakdown. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN KOHOLINAR! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! WHYYYYYYYYYYY?

"Hi. We're forming what seems to be a D&D style adventuring party. People keep coming." Whimsy hopped off her lap, and started sniffing the new person's legs.

I think my mentioning Costco was a bad idea. Darn.
-
"Oka..." "Uh... Okay then. Noted."
-
"Why don't we raid a Sams Club, and then commandeer an IKEA?"
-
"... If the closest IKEA is on fire, why do you think IKEAs are our best bet?"
-
"Then lets go to IKEA. There's less food, but still." Dang it. Now I want meatballs. And candy. And cinnamon rolls.
-
"Huh. Well, I think we should at least raid a store of some kind. We'll need lots of supplies. Hm... Maybe we could find a bomb shelter or something. That could make a good base of operations. It would be hard for many of the different mythological creatures to attack us, and it would once again be easily defendable." She suggested, trying her hardest to not panic.
-
"... Wait. What? I'm confused. How and why do you know that?"
-
"Okay." Lilliana said. "Here's an idea. If civilization is close to collapsing, why don't we commandeer a Costco? We'd have plenty of supplies, and the Costco would probably be easily defendable! I mean, they are large, and have a couple entrances that are easily shut, and have security cameras. We'd have space to do anything we wanted, and space to put anything we wanted. Also, I'm pretty sure they are usually made of concrete, so it wouldn't be able to burn down."

Morgan walked out of her house in a fairly good mood. Not that anyone else would be able to tell, but still. She jogged over to the Café/Restaurant/PlaceWhereYouOrderFood, and waited in line for a few minutes. I really want a sandwich. And a tall glass of Sprite. Yum. She thought to herself. Her stomach growled slightly. Soon, it was her turn to order. "Hi. I'd like a ham sandwich with extra pickles, and a Sprite." She said sounding bored. She ordered her food, and went to sit down. -
