I have seminary next trimester, but we don't get chromebooks during that since I take early morning. Disadvantage of going to a charter school. I pretty much only get on the shard during school because I don't get a lot of computer time at home and the only thing blocked on our chromebooks is youtube. (for some reason it's even blocked for the teachers) My teachers are still under the impression that I am a model student even though I constantly have a second window open, usually with at least 7 tabs (4 on the shard, 1 on the arcanum, a few writing projects, and some coppermind)

Q raised an eyebrow at him "'Darn'?"

"Unless my ears have decided to play tricks on me," Q replied, folding her arms, "then yes."

"Yes, he would make great live bait," Ji said nonchalantly.

He shrugged. “Alright,” he said, scratching his head. Ji then looked at the others. “Anyone object?”

Q turned towards the new speaker. “I’m guessing you’re not talking to me?”

“Sure,” he replied, waving his hand off to the left. “Couple blocks down that way. Changes the guard every hour. Great food storage that can be easily broken in to.”

“Yeah,” he said, gesturing off to the left. “Couple blocks that way. They give out food to those with low income once a week, even though they make their storages really easy to break into.”

Ji scratched his hair. “Beats me,” he said as he walked over to his cot then sat down. “Something that would be smart,” he added, “would be to hit somewhere small first before going somewhere larger.”

Ji walked out, then paused. “If you’re looking for a cot,” he said to her, “just pick one that doesn’t have a body or someone else’s stuff all over it.”

Ji blinked. Did he look… surprised? “Yeah, well,” he said, reaching over and opening the door for her, “me neither.”

“Yes, of course,” Ji said with a slight roll of his eyes. “‘Necessity.’”
