  1. Silhouette. Is Desolation behind this? Maybe? Cognition appeared, her vibrant orange standing out in Falvan's mind. "Yes? There's something going on. I'm not sure what it is." Outside, the rain started to increase, and massive thunderbolts gave mere glimpses of something massive and dark, something impossibly huge. Many things moved around in the storm, and the black rain was heavier. Each droplet burned the skin of those it touched, carving out landslides in the soft ground below.
  2. Cactus What's a thing you used to believe that you now think is stupid? (i.e ocean salt comes from icebergs)
  3. The rain intensified. # @Nameless* @Ancient Elantrian
  4. Electrum (allomantic) is 55% silver and 45% gold - or something like that. Just because steel has carbon in it, it doesn't mean you can't burn it. It is mentioned that if it is slightly off, it loses some allomantic power, but can be burned for less effect. Alloying metals - I believe it was mentioned somewhere that all Atium (that they used in the HoA) had a bit of gold in it, and wasn't 100% pure. So it might be possible with that. I'll be honest, I'm not even sure how that works. You might need to find irl examples.
  5. The clouds started to rain. The winds started to pick up. The rain fell and consumed the grounds as it landed, devouring the environment with every drop.
  6. In a peaceful manner... More thunder boomed in the distance, and darkness covered the land.
  7. Thunder crackles in the distance. Desolation knows about the blade now.
  8. Cognition told Platypus, "You are making enemies. That is not what we want. Let him go."
  9. The illusion reappears and platypus' mental defenses prove to not be enough to stop the illusions.
  10. Cognition is just going to perform a simple illusion on him, something that would easily slip by mental defenses. Instantly, Platypus did not see anything but darkness, until finally, he saw himself. All alone, in the empty, unforgiving darkness.
  11. "I don't care. You need to take the time to fix your emotions. Currently, you're doing what Desolation would want you to do. Sow chaos." How powerful is Platypus' mental defenses on a scale of 1-10?
  12. It should function as a proper blocking material for Plotblades, but either way, it cannot be damaged while Cognition is around. Cognition awaited Platypus' first blow. "Platypus. Save your anger for Desolation or I WILL subdue you."
  13. "I have no grievances for the god of death." Cognition formed into a figure that held the Memory shield. If platypus would try to attack, it wouldn't end well for him.
  14. Cognition looked hurt when she spoke to Moni, "Platypus is going to harm me if I continue to do that."
  15. "I don't care, you're the one trying to find an excuse to fight me." Cognition did a gesture with her hand, and Drilk came back. She is an inkling. She can be in more than one place at a time
  16. Infinite Antiquity: Isohedric Space - 1 The polyhedra was shaped just like the shards of glass that made up the entirity of Isohedric Space. How long? How many? For what reason? Cognition asked herself, thinking on the inside, despite the long lasting solitude the desolate landscape provided. An inkling should be able to escape any trap. A liquid body, infite replication, and physics-defying abilities made sure of that. Cognition formed a solid form from her opaque orange pool, and picked up a shard of glass no bigger than her palm. Frosted, around the edges, but perfectly clear. She twirled it around, playing with how the grey light interacted with the reflective shard. Eventually, she got board of it. The razor sharp piece of glass was lame. Cognition broke it over a fingure, which resulted in it forming two equally as sharp shards that were the exact same in length. That was surprising. She broke it again. Two halves of the same shard. She stepped on it a few times, before ultimately deciding that she could make an ultimate conclusion. The shards of glass were lame. Boring. the same thing she had looked at for ages. Cognition turned her attention away from the shards. She started to ponder herself. Very strange, that when the Inkling with the truth of thinking gets trapped in a subspace substance bubble with no way out, they'd avoid their truth. Cognition was afraid of the thinking. It was her last resort, and she didn't want to waste it yet. But there was literally nothing better to do but think. So she thought, thought about things and actions that she could've done, Should've done, and had done. It was all regret. Remorse fit the bleak area well. Cognition had many ideas. But there was one that dawned on her. She picked up the shards of glass, and very carefully made them the same size. She traced an outline in the sand, then filled it up with luminous shards, in the shape of something that gave her inspiration. The shape of a heart.
  17. '"I don't need to destroy you," Cognition said, flicking a drop of orange ink onto Drilk, "When I can subdue you instead." Instantly, drilk was in a silver desert, with only massive shards to distinguish the prismatic dunes. The glass fragments were the size of cars or skyscrapers to the size of sand on a beach. But they were everywhere. And why was he here? No one knows. Cognition formed from the sand into a reflection of Drilk, then spoke, "Welcome to Isohedra."
