  1. Chapter 63 Page 616- the hardcover doesn't match the kindle version. The kindle ebook has a typo. Kindle: Hardcover:
  2. The Radisson had incredible french toast on the breakfast menu last year- definitely recommend it if you're staying there. If you're a coffee drinker, just be careful with their coffee as it's extremely hot. The con had some pretty good food stands as well, but the lines were long and there weren't a ton of options. I've seen some people recommend bringing snacks, especially if you're planning to go to a ton of panels. There's also the mall food court, which is a little bit of a walk but the Christmas lights are gorgeous. There's also the Blue Iguana, which I've heard is pretty good, but I've never been there myself.
  3. I'll be there! Can't wait for caroling this year
  4. Hi, I'm Cosmeregirl! I started reading the Cosmere back in 2008 with Elantris, and I enjoyed it so much I looked everywhere for the sequel. I was convinced it had to exist. When I found a fan forum post confirming there wasn't one, I moved on to the Mistborn trilogy. And after twelve years of following Brandon's books, I realized these wonderful worlds were all connected. I joined the fandom on reddit in 2020, and then eventually the 17s Discord. They spiked me in October 2024. It only took me 16 years to make my way here, but hey, it's about the journey, right? I'm a mom of two kids, a cat, and two dogs, and wife of a fantastic husband who has joined me on the Cosmere journey (the proper Vorin way; he's an audiobook listener). I play guitar, really like chocolate mousse, and am forever an enjoyer of stories. And if you've read this far, I guess I'll admit the origin of my username- ♫I'm a Cosmere girl, in a Cosmere world...♫ To possibly no one's surprise, it was a silly song parody I came up with when trying to decide on what to call myself on reddit.
  5. It's interesting that even with Odium's characterization of anger, he seems to be all about pain. Odium could be anguish externalized, especially as he tries to get others to give up their pain. Maybe he never accepted that his shard was pain, and so instead he chose hatred. Would parallel nicely with Moash's storyline as well.
  6. When Lightsong sacrificed his breath, he drifted off into the Cognitive Realm to find Endowment and Blushweaver waiting for him. Unfortunately for Endowment, Lightsong and Blushweaver would not stop bickering long enough for her to speak. While Lightsong held onto a shred of life through determination to have the final word, Endowment became distracted by the theological implications of Blushweavers *ahem* assets. Endowment's holder, Edgli, reached enlightenment from her contemplation and passed into the Beyond. Blushweaver appropriately took control of the Shard, becoming even more well Endowed. Lightsong, reconsidering his religious beliefs, had his thoughts interrupted when he was ripped from the Cognitive Realm and shoved back into his body to find himself surrounded by Pahn Kahl and newly spiked. The Pahn Kahl attempted to give Lightsong orders to fight Susebron. However, anyone who knows Lightsong knows he is exceedingly terrible at following direction. Instead of supporting a revolution he spoke of his new religious beliefs regarding Endowment. This is how Inquisitor Lightsong accidentally started a religion. Harmony, having learned of these events through Lightsong's spikes and ever the lover of religions, became the author of a thesis entitled "The Theological Implications of Blushweavers Endowment." This thesis will someday bring peace to the Shards as they in turn reach enlightenment, allowing the restoration of Adolnasium. Parshendi and Elantris
