  1. @Araris Valerian, you have not yet voted on Devotary or commented on the day's proceedings. There's about 45 minutes before rollover, and the more solid this lynch the better. @Lahilt, you have not commented at all this turn (as far as I can see?). Any thoughts? Edit: I don't know if deleting an @ gets rid of the notification, but sorry Striker!...
  2. Schrodinger threw his hands up in frustration and started storing and Compounding the excess energy from the lightning.
  3. Schrodinger mourned the loss of his wither alter ego, and considered creating a horde of withers to attack Nameless. But he remembered that he’d already done that once. So he edited the remains of his Wither to recreate a SchrodingWither alter ego... with an extra kick. And then he fell through the ground.
  4. Oh. I think that’s what I meant, but that makes it clearer. Also, I think that there won’t be much vote manip this cycle. If everyone votes on Devotary, vote manip should be ineffective. Although probably more telling than anything from Lotus will show... I’m not sure. Any vote manip on Devotary should be scanned ASAP assuming she’s Elim.
  5. Schrodinger comically flew 50 feet into the air, recovered mid-flight, then transformed back into SchrodinWither and started firing wither skulls at Y and Nameless. Edit: "Wait! Come back!" SchrodinWither yelled at the one called Z.
  6. Do you have a reason for saying this, besides claiming you didn't kill Gears? ... is this directed at me or at Elkanah? You quoted me but I can't tell if you're trying to tell me something.
  7. On this cycle or in general? This cycle, a bunch of votes piled up on Devotary due to her mistyping "target pool" vs "suspect pool". Then a counter lynch developed on Lotus, until Sart revealed that he'd seen Devotary using a kill action on Gears. So now we're all trying to lynch Devotary. Also, Kasimir can apparently scan who manipulated votes (and is a little irritated that I said he was an information hub) and saw Devotary manipulating the lynch on Pyro. In general... this is still probably the most impactful thing. If Devotary is good, then Sart's an easy next lynch or night kill. Possibly (but probably not) Kasimir as well. So vote for Devotary!
  8. Schrodinger panicked and began trying to feed Vapid Revival Herbs.
  9. ... okay then. Schrodinger threw a Pokeball at Y.
  10. ...All I meant by “information hub” was that you were PM’ing everyone... which thanks to Pyro makes me nervous. Anyway, EVERYONE VOTE DEVOTARY. There’s too much vote manip going around for it to be purely Village, and now there’s two different accusations that Devotary is an Elim. We can’t lose a cycle on this, which means we need to have a solid majority.
  11. Schrodinger loudly wished Butt a happy birthday and hoped nobody would hear his squeaky chair.
  12. Well. Devotary it is. Lotus, you're not free from suspicion yet. But this info trade will probably be a much better source of information.
  13. ... you know, I almost put a vote on Lotus after Straw’s, but I figured that would look weird. Then I saw Straw and Devotary’s posts about how quickly this lynch came up and with no challenger, so I scrolled down and almost put a vote on Lotus again. Turns out Illwei and Mat had a similar idea... Well, I don’t like this, but it’s better than having no reads or votes out there. @Lotus, I’ll give you a chance to defend yourself here. Matrim, Illwei, what exactly about Lotus do you suspect? I’m rethinking my village read on Devotary as well. She did object to my bad plan, but I feel like that’s an easy way to earn Village credit. And she is acting seemingly different than previous games I’ve seen. So my vote will likely end on one of these two.
  14. Aye, that is very similar Straw, for now.
  15. Kas has evidently been PM'ing with everyone, which makes him an information hub. I'd just like to note that down.
  16. I'll stick a vote on Straw. As far as I can see, Straw is usually never a player to sit back and watch, and yet we haven't seen any reads or signs of activity. Another thing is that their one query-type post from D2 was pointed toward Illwei. I'm beginning to think that Gears' death was an attempt to get a mislynch on Illwei (or Lotus perhaps? Those two were Gears' two main talking points D2-N2), and it's a correlation I think is worth pursuing. (That, and I trust Devotary to a point.) @Straw, anything to contribute? I'm going to (hopefully) be doing some college prep stuff for the next few hours, so I may not post here for a while, but I'll try to update my analysis block before tomorrow's rollover.
  17. Schrodinger touched the hat and started compounding Nicrosil.
  18. Illwei's vote manip lets them do a second vote. It shouldn't ever remove a vote. This has to be either a second Tension user (assuming that Lotus self-removed a vote), or a different role entirely. Edit: I should really pay attention to how many pages there are on the thread.
  19. So Lotus lost another vote. Interesting. And overkill.
  20. What else is there to call attention to? There's a new piece of information out, and as you say, we don't have any good leads. I want to see if Gears' death can become a lead. And yes, I do find it strange that of all the public roleclaims (how many are there now? At least 4, although they may have been removed/shifted), a person is attacked who neither claimed a role (as far as I can tell) nor apparently has one. I would think at least one of those roleclaims is in fact an Elim, but definitely not all of them. And I'm more inclined to believe that the Elims were more scared of the Medical background than the claimed vote manips and roleblocks, which makes me wonder whether Gears had shared or hinted that information. (Sorry if this seems a little snappish, but I need to get some sleep...) Heh. Now you're outvoted
  21. Good point that maybe the Elims cleaned it. (In fact, that would greatly explain the writeup’s having “no lacerations or signs of harm”... hmm. Time to look at writeups for hints.) It’s also possible they found out Gears had a Medical background, which screams Protection to me (especially since Progression isn’t). Edit: And Transformation was a kill, of sorts. Hmm. I wonder what that makes Division, then. Edit 2: Hey! I’m a Misting! My Rep is finally Invested!
  22. Gears? All these role claims left and right, so little to successfully analyze, and the Elims go for Gears? Interesting. Edit: one of the tags is “the conditions intensify”... that’s not good, is it.
