    I'm a little less suspicious of Matrim now, mainly because I... don't remember what the original tie to Elim!Araris is, and I had a reason for V!Araris --> E!Mat. Plus it does raise the question of who was doing an Elim kill N3 if both Vonne and Araris were being scanned, Mat went insane presumably from risking a scan on Books, and Szeth is Danforth. But it's enough for me to want someone to scan Mat. Quinn/Books/Szeth, I'd appreciate it if you guys scan... someone. Quinn <---> Books would be a good idea.

    Byron could hear her. Why - no, how could Byron hear her? His ears were as stationary as the rest of him... the sounds shouldn't affect his ears. It never did before. Why did it now? It didn't matter - he didn't think he could stop this. He'd been trying. But it took time to come down from a burn of this... his strength. Not even considering he could barely change. How long? Days? Weeks? He'd been.... not a week. He knew that much. He'd run out a week of doing this. Beyond that he wasn't sure. Would he stop before running out? He tried to blink. That was fast. At this rate it would take... maybe an hour... maybe Aln would notice... Spirit Web. Aln had mentioned that. Cassie had mentioned that. That what he - what they were both - doing wasn't a good thing. But it was too late for that, anyway. Centuries too late. Poller winced. "Sorry, I... I'm not very good at this." Someone walked up to the counter, and the receptionist seemed to be going through the same steps. Best not to stare. "You think they'll just call us back? I'm not good with hospitals, or... people."

    Sigh. Every living player (aside from Mat and Jondesu, who were insane) voted on D2. There was a vote moved from Araris to Vonne (which could be many things, but preserves the same number of votes) and an extra vote on Szeth. Unless there's some major secrets going on, the only way that extra vote could have gotten there would be Professor Dyer, which means Dyer must be either Archer or Araris. And something tells me that Araris isn't Dyer, with Silver Bones, and a Crossbow, and a Spellbook, and hasn't counterclaimed Archer yet. Archer is confirmed. In addition, there's another fun thing we can do, seeing as Archer and I are going to get spied on anyway: Danforth cannot go insane. So assuming there is a Danforth out there, it must be either Quintessential, Szeth_Pancakes, or Flyingbooks. I hope this next Night turn can help narrow things down a bit.

    I was under the impression that Dannex was redirected to kill Vonne, then Dannex dies to Shades, and Pizza was the Elim kill (from any of them).

    @Illwei, I'd give you the power of breaking ties, but you seem to have a handle on that already... so I bestow my ability to blend in with the crowd, avoid votes as an Eliminator, and generally have a satisfying conclusion to your story arcs. And good luck!

    Dannex had communicated with Archer and was planning on shooting Araris, according to Archer... my guess is one of those kills is due to Shades. Whether Dannex went rouge and shot Vonne then died to shades, or got redirected and Vonne died to shades, unsure. Anyone catch a redirect with their action scan? Araris, writeup doesn't have you very insane...

    ... I believe there's a chance. I could see a player having a Crossbow + Bones. I could see you deciding to shoot Illwei, and thanks to the Shades I can see you doing it early. And I could see the Elims deciding not to kill surrounding all these scans. (Or both the Elims and Araris double-tapped Illwei, now that I think about it.) But all of them? That's a stretch. A possible one... but if it does exist, I think we need to be sure about it.

    ... I feel like saying "shoot that guy" doesn't need much in the way of coordination Unless you mean so we don't end up wasting four Crossbows on one Araris. Then sure, but if you're a Crossbow carrier who wants to coordinate then DON'T CLAIM DURING THE DAY. No real sense in coordinating before we find out if Araris has Bones or not. ... Thug with a one-shot kill. That is interesting.

    Books did that on their own. Only people who asked me to give them scans were Archer, Quinn, and Mat. Then I PMed Vonne, Pizza, and Azmine asking them if they'd take scan recommendations, and only Pizza of those three did.

    Here's the thing - of all people (aside from the new players) it does make the most sense for Araris to not PM me that he's killing Illwei. He's PM safety incarnate, which sticks him at strong odds with Illwei, and he's also been vocally suspicious of Illwei for quite a while. But the Elims just not killing doesn't make sense... unless there's a good number of Elims in the people who asked me to assign them scans. (In other words... like 5 people, including Mat.) And Elim!Araris loves to submit the Night Kill. I've seen enough evidence for that. So IMO we've got to stick through this. There's a good amount to go on if Araris is telling the truth. I wouldn't cross out Dannex just yet, as they did make a direct counter to routing scans through me, which is likely a good enough reason to expect a scan from my group. But... @Dannex, what did you do this fine evening?
