Aman If his extra life isn't used today, and the elims convert him, pretty much game over. He's in the Inquisitor PoE (and Thug is a decent fakeclaim for the Inquisitor) Chance he's already been converted (Gets supposed v!Lurcher out of the way, still gets powerhouse that is e!Aman) in which case we absolutely need to get rid of his Thug life Vibes Discuss

I know Stick died, I won't make that mistake twice >> My point, though, is that yesterday while PMing me you put TJ at bare minimum as equally 'hard' to achieve, implying that it was harder (though I grant you that your PM was probably changed by the fact that you were talking to me) but after that conversation I definitely would have expected TJ to be the next on your 'list'. To me, that looks like you're changing your story slightly to fit the situation better. You chilling does not mean you become an incompetent elim :P. I village read JNV's claim. That's nothing new. I'm not suddenly going to change my mind because I'm worried I'll get misexed if I'm wrong.

In our PM yesterday you implied that mine was the one that made the most sense to you. What changed? I was the last to claim because I was in school until everyone else had :P. I already explained to you that I agree with TJ and think that all Unsnapped are truthful/village because Stick/TKN had similar snapping points and TJ and I have similar snapping points. I'd be surprised if there was another Unsnapped. I don't, really. This feels like the most of a waste to me. There's a chance they get filter-killed, and I personally village read their claim. I still like Bip as an option, and otherwise am seriously considering Aman because Thug is a good fake claim and I don't know how much I buy 2 v!Thugs in this game. The way he's been playing this game fits exactly how I imagine e!Aman to play-- he's pushing the thread in certain directions similar to the LG, but more subtly. That seems e!indicative to me. Plus, things like shading me for claiming when he implied yesterday he trusted my claim the most. Edit: Personally, I think the conversion has happened, and if it hasn't, it will today. That's my feel based on how narrow our general Inquisitor PoE is, the pace of the game so far, and my own trigger-happy notions with conversions

Not surprised. The consolation is that they can’t be confirmed but that still felt like a waste to me. Bro math was like my entire endgame strategy, remember xD

How is this different than substituting literally anyone else in place of JNV? Because they claimed Thug? I don’t feel good about the JNV wagon either. I’d rather we exed based on suspicions. I know an impersonator when I see one :eyes: It was not that thought through, no :P. Aman had told me his theories and I was simultaneously exploring the previous option while fishing to see if it was actually true-- I got confirmation from Fifth soon after and the majority of the time I was voting him was after I knew he was the MB. Once it got out I unvoted him. Even if I had thought of this, I probably wouldn't have done it as I still have a healthy enough fear of e!Fifth.

I’m also Unsnapped I need to survive an attack. Would be fun to coordinate that. I almost want to vote Stick but Kas’ ghost would haunt me for role exeing xD Fwiw I village read JNV’s claim. I get a bad feeling off Aman voting him but at the same time I totally understand stalling after last turn… can’t help but think we’re close to a hit and Aman’s trying to reroute our attention. Though that would just make it Aman/Bip?

I told Stick that I v!read Bookwyrm yesterday, and I think that I was talking about it with Kas. But I also said that I thought I'd been clear enough in thread about my position. A Quick C1 Reread Because That's All I Have Time For: I like how quickly TKN claimed. There's no locked-down rule for this, but I feel that e!TKN would have probably waited a bit longer before claiming; he wouldn't have done it literally first thing. I also like his early responses to Kas, those make sense to me. Kas has seemed averse to v!reading TKN the entire game, going as far as to e!read people defending TKN, and I don't know how to read that. It's right on the line for what I can see honest progression being. It's kind of a dumb read but I don't think JNV/TKN are e/e because of this post. TJ's early hyperfocus on TKN reads village to me. I agree with Kas that e!TJ probably wouldn't come out swinging so hard. I get slight v/v vibes from the Kas/TJ conversation about TKN. Kas' TJ progression feels eh to me though. Araris voting TKN and not moving is in character and NAI but it also frees him of any responsibility to do anything else the entire turn. I'm trying to not let Fifth's claim affect my read of him but it's hardddd. Maybe that was the point? >> Fifth is definitely the kind of player to trueclaim MB while evil right out of the gate. I tone read Kas as village but I don't like tone reading because it feels like cheating half the time. I don't think e!TUN goes after Kas like he did unless Kas is also e. Consensus not-PoE is TKN and Fifth I think but that's it, and even that's fluid, there's no reason to take out anyone else. Aman in particular is being treated like conf v more than he should be. This line feels incredibly fabricated to me. This is the second time Bip has shown up and voted a leading wagon because... ??? Oh wait I missed Seeker!Kas until this exact moment lol. Don't think that's extremely v!indicative since it's just a role scanner. Why am I up for the exe? I haven't seen any reasoning or even any e!reads of me. I've just seen my name in red. Biplet VC?

Can formally unvote Fifth now that he ignored my advice and claimed in thread :P. I feel really out of touch which is my fault and I’ll reread this morning and come up with a list. I presume people are voting me because I’m more distant? I did warn pregame my play would be like this. Edit: He could be e!MB yeah but I’d rather consider that later. I kinda side eye Kas but only because he seems more elimmy in PMs. I like his thread posts.

I looked at last turn’s VC and thought, “which vote would I like to pressure the most” and xino was it. There wasn’t a whole lot of rationale behind it, (clearly, or I would have thought long enough to realize he was dead xD) I just wanted to see where it would go.

My elim playstyle (as I mentioned at one point in the doc) revolves around the principle of lying as little as possible and having any lies be as small as possible— I’ve found that elaborate fakeclaims never last. Even in a blackout game, claims come with action accountability, and the village had multiple ways to check roles so I don’t think it was safer to fakeclaim in this game than any other. See: Sart, and why I had hoped he would claim Meme Maker. I do wonder what would have happened if this principle of mine hadn’t somewhat taken over my teammates’ claiming, but we weren’t actually in a place to coordinate serious fake claims activity wise, so I fully stand by how we played it. As Drake said, different people play the game different ways and that’s a good thing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Depending on the roles on both sides, I could see 3 starting elims with a single convert. The ratios there aren't totally outlandish. xino

Oh yeah sorry xD I was actually leaning Ash because I was curious if some behind the scenes things + Stick claiming to be in touch with a Lurcher meant that the elims figured out Ash was one. Your idea makes... arguably more sense though :P. The thing with that MB theory though, for me at least, is why didn't they kill Fifth over Ash? Fifth was much more of a counterwagon than Ash was, since his formed late and had less reasoning behind it.
