Craven dreamed of war. He had never seen fighting, but he had heard of it. Angry voices and shouting filled his mind. Fire danced across the landscape, destroying everything once beautiful. Snowy's eyes filled with tears. "Nooo! Phaedrus!" Snowy snuggled in close, hoping he really could heal her by sheer hugging willpower.

Did he? When was the last time he has slept? "I guess. I've been walking, though. You can't sleep at walk all at the same time."

Craven jumped at the voice, but wished he hadn't. Cowards don't jump at sudden voices. Besides, it had sounded friendly. "I'm Craven," he said.

Craven walked. And walked some more. Walking was all there was. The rhythmic drumming of the slow thump... thump... thump... of his feet falling on the ground. It had been that way for how long? Too long. Craven knew he shouldn't be alive. He didn't know much, but he did know that. What eight-year-old survived those years on their own? He did. Because he was brave, he was not a coward. Cowards didn't walk when their legs hurt. Oh, how they hurt. Craven pushed forward even still. Where, he didn't know, but it had to be better then the exact spot he was. Anything would be. Five minutes passed.... ten........ thirty...... an hour, day, year..... Craven didn't know. But eventually the surroundings changed. He looked up and saw a camp of some sort ahead. Craven had seen warcamps before, and had always gone out of his way to avoid them. But those had been crawling with loud people that didn't look very nice. This one was... different somehow. Better. But it was still a warcamp. But cowards didn't back down from an opportunity. Those other camps weren't opportunities. Craven kept going. He entered the camp, and looked around for signs of people. Did he want to find people? He didn't know. He never did.

Snowy stood up straight, trying to be brave, but the sight of Phaedrus in this state made all his happiness go away. "Yes! Snowflake will be safe with me!"

Alright, cool... If you didn't I'd probably pay less attention to your analysis and just vote on you This automatically kinda turns me off because I'm looking at a Illwei/Liranil team. But before I judge too harshly I better read what you have to say about that... Yep yep on the same page here. I'm village Here though... reading Illwei's first (second?) post of this cycle I'm not too sure. And considering the votes they had on each other- they didn't stick. Out of you three (for me that's Illwei, Liranil, Quinn) if any two are teammates it's definitely Illwei and Liranil. Hmmmm I kinda hard-disagree with this one. It's interesting to note the parings of the poke votes but I wouldn't say even tentatively that any of those pairings aren't e/e (except the ones with me, of course ) Why not green .-. See? Illwei/Liranil! Yeah there's no reason to. The elims wouldn't kill someone solely because they poke voted a teammate. Liranillllllllllll Yeah this is the other thing. Like it might not be Liranil and instead be Bard xD Cause he's been basically sheeping/mirroring alll my reads so it could be an attempt to pocket. But I don't think I've played with Bard either, at least not for a very long time. I think he played the Korathi QF? But again, with Illwei and Bard both the two non-confirmed vil on you, would they both be on you if they were teammates? It seems plausible... but I still don't really think Ash is there... it's a good point about the possible distancing, though.

From an elim mindset, they want a misexe, and if they can jump on something that seems reasonable early on, they will. But you're right, and that's why I didn't really go with it. To me, Illwei seems different this game somehow, in their reasonings and the specific things they're pointing out. Admittedly part of it is due to their tie to Liranil, but that is still left to be seen if it actually goes anywhere. It's mostly a gut read.

People already said this, but I agree this seems performative. They get some leniency for being a new player, but that can't last forever. I'm actually reading them slight vil because (refer to later section) ...Huh, guess merging the thread messed that up :P. That's mostly void now though, because I don't really see Liranil being an elim unless Illwei is also. That's because of things Illwei said at the beginning of this cycle, mostly- and I don't think I trust my own gut enough to kill one of them yet But I'll be watching, and if I get NK'd you all might want to refer to this post. I'm actually reading you slight vil because of this- it's a reasonable vote. And I do think the performative post wasn't meant that way, cause you're new. I can't decide if Quinn bringing this up so fast is a reason to elim read her, or if that's just me diving into a rabbit hole. If Quinn is elim I don't think Illwei/Liranil are. Other thoughts... I don't like the Connie train. It feels pointless. And yeah, I think I changed my mind... Illwei.

Last cycle I followed Quinn’s vote onto BrightEyes when I read her as slight elim. Today I’m voting Quinn when I read you as slight elim.
