  1. "We are sorry, no weapons will be allowed, unless you have a butter knife. We do not want a mass killing of leaders of all the Houses present." "They may enter. But again, without weapons. If you wish, we can lend you a hologram and you can attend online while in a different meeting room.
  2. "Are also not allowed, Lady Marianla." Nrump sends a transmission to all houses. Please arrive as promptly as possible. The meeting will begin in 3 (IRL) minutes.
  3. One of Clorg's assistants walks over to an angry Tentaculum. We understand your concern. If you wish, we can lend you a hologram and you may attend the meeting via hologram while in another meeting room. The choice is yours.
  4. The Elden Council and their assistants finished setting up the necessary precautions for the massive meeting. At the door there was an advanced metal detector. No weapons would be allowed inside the meeting.
  5. Nrump and Clorg walk into an empty Assembly Hall #13 together, followed by a handful of assistints, prepping for the large meeting that will begin shortly. "Hello." Fervor looked up, confused. The creature could talk? And then she saw her brother. But he was so...wrong. Jafek was the wrong color. Or, well. He had no color at all. He was completely grey. Lifeless. Fervor scrambled back into a tree and tried to speak, but her mouth refused to do anything but stutter. "Y..y...you're...you..." She gave up trying to come up with a sentence and instead went with a single word. "Jafek?"
  6. The goo rushed around Fervor and…roared? Whatever sound it was making, it only frightened the girl more. She shrunk to the ground and wrapped her arms around her legs, finally realizing how afraid she actually was to die. @xinoehp512 War. The most interesting thing in the galaxy. Not fighting, mind you. He never did enjoy getting in the thick of it, even if he was willing to when the necessity rose. But the strategy. The gears that turned on whenever his mind wandered towards the subject. And so it was with this fascination that Tux had risen to be a great general; first for House Zefour and then for all the people on his home planet of Jropoux. It had been years since he had stepped foot on that barren rock. He much preferred the soft ting of metal under his feet whenever he walked. Tux’s fire burned a deep blue. An unusual color for a Raysox, and one that required constant thought. But Tux was a general, and it was important that all could recognize him. His body glowed in his comfortable chair while nine seated holograms spread around him in a semicircle. The Elden Council. The political power that ran everything on Joproux. All run by that unclean Elder from House Trxn. Tux didn’t mind that much about who was in charge of what – as long as he was a general he would be happy. But when those leading him weren’t pure from either race… Well, that was when it became a problem. Farbel Gren, the abomination, spoke. “Now. I believe there are a few matters pertaining to our allies that we need to discuss…” For the eyes of @NerdyAarakocra. Fllok slouched in his chair, not at all happy to be in the worst location in the galaxy. In the middle of an Elder Council meeting. Many members of his own house would have gladly taken the opportunity to hear only a part of the words spoken during the council. Fllok found it all rather boring. Farbel Gren, the Eldest, began to speak. He had always been kind to Fllok and his love of art. That was more than he could say about his mother, who was currently sitting in one of the hologram chairs that let the other Elders see her no matter where they were across the galaxy. “We have received word that House Thlf’phhrmth is in need of military aid. The Great House of Blood is currently en route towards their planet, and refuses to tell of their motivations. House Thlf’phhrmth has requested that we send aid in case a battle breaks out. The floor is open for discussion.” Tux immediately spoke up, to nobody’s surprise. “I believe that we should send The Phyllox to aid them in their struggle.” Of course. The ship that Tux had lived on for years. Fllok didn’t think that Tux cared about the other Houses. He just wanted to be around war. It put him on some weird kind of high that Fllok just didn’t understand. Or…maybe it was a little like the sort of trance that painting gave to Fllok. After a few moments of silence, Farbel spoke up. “If there are no objections, I would like to propose that we send The Phyllox to aid House Thlf’phhrmth. I will began with my vote as positive. Please place your votes.” The votes turned out to be 6 to 4, which came as no surprise. It was on very few matters that both House Zefour and House Tayllar voted together, which gave Farbel the deciding vote almost every single time. Nrump read the transmission that had gone out from house Min’oTaar. He wasn’t sure what to think. He wondered if the huge fleet of ships reported to leave their home planet had anything to do with this meeting. Nrump made a split second decision and sent a transmission to King Adonis. If you have room, I would love to join your meeting. Please send me details as soon as possible. @Unintelligenius Farbel Gren signed out of the Elden Council and slumped slightly in his chair. His wife, who was sitting next to him, gave him a reassuring grin. Those council meetings always did drain him. He remembered why it was that he struggled through all the politics, and the doubt left his mind immediately. Today hadn’t been that bad, all things considered. There had only been a fraction of the bickering that normally took place in these settings. If only Farbel could actually get the two rival houses to agree on something for once. They only seemed to unite when it was against him, which wasn’t ever of any use. Farbel’s beautiful wife, Dreem, suddenly spoke. Something was wrong, causing him to look up immediately. “You must see this,” she told him, turning her small holoscreen towards him. It was a broadcast of the GNN, a news network based out of Nexus. Bombing on Fiisoss. Details Unkown. The title was accompanied with a video of a ship speeding towards a government building on Fiisoss and exploding on impact, clearly causing more of an explosion than a mere ship would warrant. This was no mistake. “Shades.” Farbel rarely cursed, but he couldn’t keep it in this time. This was going to cause problems. Rully slept peacefully that night, back to stone with a billion stars spread before her. Polli didn’t like that she was technically doing something that she didn’t want to do. But that didn’t really matter. What mattered was her family and her childrens’ future. And so it was in this situation that Polli found herself walking up to Proyyl, the head architect of house Trxn. He looked up and frowned slightly when he saw her approaching him. They didn’t technically get along very well. Even though they were technically of the same race, they could never be the same. “What do you want?” Proyyl asked bluntly. “It’s not about what I want. It’s about what the Elden Council wants. And they want you to put some extra crystals with the boxes that you trade with house Thlf’phhrmth as a sign of good will. The boxes containing the crystals and a few other goods should arrive in your shipyard shortly.” Proyyl looked slightly confused, but knew better than to contradict an Elder. “Alright, I’ll make sure it gets done.” Proyyl then walked away before Polli could say anything more to him, which she was grateful for. Clorg was about halfway to his destination when he received a truly troubling transmission from the Eldest. There are problems that have arrived with a bombing on Fiisoss, and we fear that fighting may occur. Nrump is already located on Nexus, but you are our second closest representative to the planet. We need you to travel to Nexus immediately to be part of an assembly we will be organizing for all the Houses to discuss what happened. If you have any questions, please ask us. Expect tensions to be high. Shades, Clorg thought. This had to happen now, of all times? When he happened to not be where the entire Elden Council believed him to be? Clorg wanted to ignore the transmission, but knew that was not an option. He was lucky that he happened to be closer to the Nexus rather than farther. Clorg sent a transmission back to Dreem to tell her he had seen it, and then sent one to his friend that their meeting had to be rescheduled. Clorg did not look forward to addressing all the Houses at once. A video transmission is sent to all Houses on an open line sent by Dreem, the wife of Farbel Gren. “Hello Great Houses of the Galaxy. We have heard about the bombing that took place on the planet of Fiisoss, and we believe that this is a matter that needs to be discussed. We will be holding an open meeting in 2 days time on the planet of Nexus, located in Assembly Hall #13. We hope that each house sends representatives so that we can do our best to resolve this issue and bring peace to the galaxy in the future.” @Channelknight Fadran @Experience @The Known Novel @Aeoliae @NerdyAarakocra @The Windrunner Supreme @Wisdumb @Matrim's Dice @Thaidakar the Ghostblood @SmilingPanda19 @Scars of Hathsin @xinoehp512 @Labyrinth @Lotus Blossom @Unintelligenius @Justice_Magician @ΨιτιsτηεΒέsτ

      Star Wars you say?

Every Star Wars nerd fiber of my being wants this.

Question though: Real Star Wars, or Disney Star Wars?

  8. Fervor leaned against a tree, breathing heavily from her running. She glanced back and saw the goo oozing towards her with it's steady pace. She had to warn the others. She took a few quick breaths and then started running again. @xinoehp512 Nrump didn't really like clothes. Never had. They just felt…weird. But he knew that some of the other races were more comfortable around him when he used them. So he did. For House Tayllar. The Nexus was a wonderful, beautiful planet. Especially considering that it was completely artificial. Nearly every influential house in the galaxy had helped pit resources and manpower over a century ago to make a neutral location right smack in the middle of everything. Anyone was welcome, and so it had become the political hub of the galaxy. A few minutes ago Nrump has received a transmission from the council accepting his petition. He was currently lounging in a chair that was leaning against one of the walls in the large assembly hall, watching. There were groups of politicians here and there, surely plotting ways to increase their Houses resources and power. But Nrump's attention was all on a single character. He wore a golden tuxedo, perfectly tailored to fit his well built body. He finished talking with yet another politician, and Nrump decided to step in before another could. Walking towards the Min'oTarr, he reached out his hand to introduce himself. "Hello, I'm Nrump of House Tayllar, representing the planet of Jropoux. We have heard you are looking for more allies…" @Unintelligenius Many people called Farbel Gren a dreamer. He didn't understand, as most nights he couldn't even sleep. And daydreaming never got anything done. But Farbel did believe in change. And so he did everything he could to bring about good change. For everyone around him. He didn't necessarily enjoy being a politician, but being the Eldest of the Elden Council – a leader of not one, but three houses – had its perks. It let him in on conversations he would never have heard. It put him and his beliefs out for others to see. And although it gave him many enemies, the many allies that gained from his standing outnumbered any problem the station gave him. He had worked for many years, slowly introducing policies that made his home world more democratic. When he had started it had only been about his world. His people. But things had changed. And Farbel had bigger dreams. She couldn't run anymore. It felt like she had run for a month, but she couldn't be more than halfway around Efur. Fervor tried to climb a nearby tree, but didn't have the energy for it. She turned around for a last ditch effort at defending herself, not sure how she would survive… @xinoehp512 (again ) Clorg watched the stars wrap around his ship as it sped up to speeds faster than light. The ship he was currently on was relatively small, compared to the entire fleet at Jropoux' disposal. It didn't matter to Clorg though. Everyone aboard was loyal either to him, his house, or his wallet. He was the highest ranking member on this ship, and so he had nothing to fear. "Yes sir, all of the boxes are full with the supplies. They will be ready to load soon." Proyyl nodded and checked something off on his clipboard. The preparations were almost ready. Their guests would shortly arrive. He made his way over to the hanger to make sure everything was in order. Polli was always the first one ready in the council meetings, even though she had plenty of other things to do. It was important that others could learn from her. Especially her son. Technically her step son, but Polli didn't pay much attention to technicalities. Technically, her family was falling into pieces. Technically, her house and its power were the only thing keeping her shaded. Technically…well, it didn't matter. Because she didn't care about technicallys. She had sent her daughter to go and fetch Fllok about an hour ago, and he still hadn't showed up. But it shouldn't matter. He always showed up an hour late so this time Polli had told him that the council would meet an hour earlier than planned. Technically, that meant he should arrive as the council began. Polli waited, completely alone in the room, contemplating anything other than technicalities.

  17. Fervor inhaled sharply, letting the air run through her lungs. She loved the way the wind made the grass dance and the tree's branches jump around. Her hair was a soft blue, moving with the wind. She could see her home, the planet set large in the sky, starting to set. Fervor was different than most of her family. House Zefour didn't really mind if some of the less important members took some time on their planets beautiful moon, Efur. But, well... Fervor wasn't really a less important member. She was the oldest cousin to the heir of the house, Chovex. Chovex was an only child which put her second in the line of succession. Of course, Fervor didn't want to be a Lady. She just wanted to enjoy paradise. So she had borrowed one of her father's many ships and had flown herself here. And she was determined to stay as long as she could. Fervor glanced up at the green-blue sky and grinned, her golden white skin glowing. She couldn't wait for the sun to fall away so that she could admire all the stars. She knew almost all the constellations by heart as the heavens were one of the only things that interested her. She would fly away in her own spaceship and never come back if she ever had the chance. Someone in the distance yelled. It was too far away to tell what they were saying, but it was coming from the direction of the small town that had been established on the north side of the moon. Drat. They already figured out I was missing, Fervor thought. She wanted to run as fast as she could to her hidden cave, but she had to make sure that it was her family searching for her. She didn't want to miss one second of being outside. The girl snuck towards the town, and started to hear more yelling. But this time it was different. There were more voices. And there was something about their voices. Almost...panicked? As soon as Fervor recognized that nobody was looking for her, she started racing towards the town. As she ran to the top of a hill that overlooked the town below, Fervor's hair turned red in fear. People were running around in fear, some knocking into each other as they tried to race out of the confined space that the houses formed. Fervor wasn't sure why, there didn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary, no fire, no aliens. No nothing. A man from house Tayllar, with intricate patterns across his dark skin, rounded a corner of a building and came into Fervor's view. He tripped over a box and tried to get up quickly but tripped again. And then something flowed around the corner behind him. Something Fervor had never seen or even heard of before. A fluid of some sort, but with more structure. It was grey and didn't seem to have any form. She thought of the arctic stories her parents had told her when she was younger, and her hair changed from red to purple. Fervor realized she had heard of something like this before. Something that wasn't supposed to exist. ... Fervor was nine years old. She couldn't sleep, and even if she could have she would have only been met by nightmares. So she had decided to explore more of House Zefour's massive keep when there weren't a thousand guards in every hallway. She stopped as she realized a door ahead had some light shining out below, showing shadows of the two men on the other side. The small girl softly stepped up to the door to hear what was being said. She was shocked to hear her Father's voice. Her father wasn't even supposed to be on the planet, let alone in the solar system. What was he doing at home? The other voice began to speak, and Fervor recognized it immediately. "Father, just let me do some more experiments. I know I can succeed. Just think about the advantage our House would be! House Tayllar wouldn't be able to do anything to stop us." "Jafek," her Father said, "It's not right. We must do what is right for our people." Jafek tried to interrupt him, but her Father interrupted back. "Don't you interrupt me, son. You musn't forget that you are talking to your Father, and must show him the respect he deserves." After a short pause, he continued. "I don't care what you know, or what you think you know, you may not continue with this project. If I ever find out you resume with experiments again... well there better not be an again, do you understand?" "Yes, Father," Fervor's older brother responded in a defeated voice. And that was the end of the conversation. Fervor heard two sets of footsteps recede into the distance, probably taking one of the many secret tunnels hidden throughout the keep. Once she was sure nobody was inside, she opened the door and entered the small room. The stone room was mostly empty, except for a bookshelf along one wall and a desk sitting in the middle of the room. On the table sat a sketchbook, with handwriting so cramped only her brother could have managed to create. The open page was filled with drawings, and the top only held a few words. Words that wouldn't mean anything to Fervor for a very long time. "The Gjx: Say Goo(dbye)" ... Fervor shook her head and took a few seconds to remember where she was. It seemed that about half a minute had passed, and the man she had been watching earlier was nowhere to be seen. Only a greyish goo that perfectly resembled the drawings that she had seen in her older brothers drawings all those years ago. Only a month before he had disappeared. Every part of her wanted to go and help those below, but she felt that they were already lost. And she knew that someone had to survive to warn the others. To warn her father. Because the fate of the worlds hung in the balance. So, going against everything she stood for, Fervor turned and sprinted in the opposite direction, towards a settlement that stood on the south side of Efur. Her only other way off of the moon The brush slid across the colored canvas, adding a stroke of green to the crystal lake. Or at least what would eventually be a lake, as green was the only color this white canvas currently showed off. But Fllok saw so much more than a single stroke. He saw a beautiful forest with snowcapped mountains flocked behind, he saw gorgeous fish in the – “Fllok? Fllok?! Where are you?!” A vibration felt along the copper strip that followed the flow of the entire building, allowing him to hear when others called in their native language of Kyurin. Hear wasn’t exactly the best word to describe how he communicated, it was more…felt. Fllok waited for his sister to glide into the room before pointedly turning around and rolling his eyes at her. Many Llanta preferred using their Shadows as much as possible, but Fllok really did enjoy some of the uses his Shadow’s body lent him. Like annoying his sister. Ryos body was covered with intricate white lines that contrasted with her dark skin. She looked as much like her brother as any siblings might, but her patterns were more curved while Fllok had decided he preferred jagged lines. Of course, any member of House Tayllar could be mistaken as a sibling by outsiders, as not many of them could tell the difference between different Shadows. Ryos ignored Fllok’s reaction and instead glanced over his shoulder at his painting. “Your larcg looks a little lopsided –” “It’s not a larcg, genius,'' Fllok replied in Tagolre using his body’s vocal chords, trying to keep down the small grin that was attempting to climb up his lips. It will be a beautiful lake once I’m finished.” “I’m sure.” Ryos said, reverting back to Kyurin. “Anyways. The Elden Council meets today. Dad sent me to remind you. Like you would everrrr miss one of those.” “Yeah, yeah. I’ll make sure to be there this time.” Fllok looked over at his new painting, wishing he could just spend the entire day making art. By the time he turned back towards his sister, she was already gone. Clorg pulled out the data chip from his transmission device. He bent down to pick up his bag and the chip slipped out of his hand. His hair flashed green from embarrassment for a moment before he could get it back to its normal red, even though he was completely alone. Once he had gathered everything he started to make his way towards the Elden Hanger found on the cruiser he was currently inhabiting, slightly worried about how his preparations were going. @xinoehp512
