I'd like to believe we'll see him at the beginning as only a squire to Shallan, and as the story progresses we get to see him speak his Truths, with a few of them in reference to how he acted when in charge of the bridge crews. As others have said above, him and Kaladin are not likely to make it up perfectly, but I do hope they will at least agree to push past their personal grievances when it comes to the war against the Voidbringers and Odium.

We know that Shardblades already cut on the Spiritual (With how they 'kill' limbs when passing through), so it is not an extreme stretch to say they kill on the spiritual as well. Nightblood completely destroys the body as they consume all the Investiture within their body and their spiritweb, and this likely carries into the Physical Realm.

I'm actually interested to see if there is some obvious differences in Maya's appearance in the Cognitive Realm after the end of OB. Maybe some visual representation of them being more 'alive' than before?

My personal theory on what will occur is along the lines of, IF Adolin somehow brings Maya back/revives her, she will be fully capable of breaking off the deadblade bond with Adolin and surviving, albeit somewhat damaged still, but will decide to stay with Adolin (maybe with some convincing) under the typical blade bond, with the understanding that if they ever feel unsafe in the bond, they can break it freely and without explanation. This could be a segue into teaching others how to live to the Ideals and further the current deadblade bond they hold to revive the spren of other deadblades, which maybe a tipping point in future events

So far nearly every magic system I have seen could be worked into Realmatic theory and sometimes even shardic influences. Some systems actually make more sense to me in that manner than as they are actually explained

The body we see Hoid in on screen (I think that's how you'd refer to it) is not his original body. The reason behind his inability to cause harm to others directly is something related to the process he used to get the body he has now. He is gathering little pieces of every Shard's Investiture in order to make a new body for himself without the restrictions. Kelsier used a similar process (or the same one, if Hoid was involved) to gain his new body, and as such is restricted by something similar, though it may not be the same restriction The 'Survival' Shard returned to Yolen after the other 15 Shards had left, and is camping out there.
