    "Hey, Panya. And... who is she?" He pointed at the hot passed-out lady.

    "I dunno. She just... looked like someone was accompanying her. Or at least watching over her. I couldn't tell you for sure, though."

    "She'll be fine. I don't think she was alone when she left." He sat down in the tent. "I... guess that'll be another issue to take into account."

    The man Val had taken the hat from laughed sourly. "Sure it doesn't, kid." He looked up at Orpheus. "Takin' full advantage, of course! It's the only way to get ahead in life."

    Janice whimpered lightly, then swallowed and tried to hold back her pain. "'s okay. I just... I don't want to leave my friends behind for something like safety. I've never been safe, and I'll never be safe. So if safety isn't an option, then I might as well be with my friends while I hide."

    Alex yelped and fell backwards. "AH!"

    "T's gone!" He panted. "She just... teleported. She can teleport? I... told her what you needed her to know, and she said she couldn't trust anyone."

    "That's the idea," she growled, then entered the series of wagons and stalls controlled by looters. Everywhere, people were buying and selling the tower's things. Her things. Feldspar's things. A massive spark of anger surged through her as she watched a shifty guy showcasing one of Feldspar's hats. "Hey!" She shouted, running over to him and snatching the hat away. "That doesn't belong to you!"

    ... Fine. Ellis stepped outside the tent, breathing in the morning air.

    "T!" Fadran held out his hand, but she was already gone. Man... he was really good at screwing up relationships, wasn't he? Fadran ran back to the group, unsure of how to tell Ember.

    When I was drawing Melody, I accidentally made her eyes super large. I thought that gave her a more innocent, cartoony look, so I kept it in. My art is subpar.
