    "Thanks." Janice reached over and took Cadenza's hand.

    "Please don't... scare me..." Janice took a breath. "I know you're joking, but I'm really scared..."

    Janice smiled. "Cadenza?"

    "I'm excited to go shopping."

    Wendy made her way through the halls, taking this turn and that. Without warning, she found herself in the ballroom.

    "He's really nice, and never gets mad at anybody." Janice sat back on the grass. "I kinda feel bad that I have to say goodbye to him soon."

    "He's just concerned. His life's different from ours."

    Upon finding the keys, Wendy let out all the prisoners, cutting their ropes with her dagger if they were tied to the wall. "Alright! Get out quietly!" Wendy whispered. "And try not to get captured again." The many prisoners muttered their thanks before sneaking out through the entrance, leaving the dungeon behind them. Last of all, Wendy came away from the putrid, bloodstained room, completely unsure of where to find Arabella.

    "Brother Sparrow? He's nice." Janice smiled. "He found Vespyr and me after we escaped. He's been taking care of us ever since."

    Scarlet wiggled in Janice's grasp, squeaking and growling. She let the fox go, and Scarlet retreated back into the den.

    "I think he'll be staying here, anyways. He has... issues." Janice managed to grasp Scarlet and pull her out. "Here she is!"

    "How old is she?" "Just a kid. Even younger than me. Is she here?" "Not here," the prisoner replied. "Did the Raveness take her? What'd she do?" "I... don't know. Here, I'll get you out of here..." Wendy pulled out her dagger and began looking around for some keys.

    "Who?" The prisoner asked. They didn't seem very depressed yet; maybe they were new to the prisons? "A boyfriend?" "I'm looking for a girl named Arabella," Wendy replied. "Is she here?"

    "Well... try not to be too mean to Vespyr, okay?"

    Wendy stepped into the room, covering her nose at the smell. There were no screams, but plenty of blood. She paled, and started swaying nauseously at the sheer amount of red. With a cough of disgust, she worked her way over to one of the cells. "I'm looking for someone."

    "Then maybe I should get Aryanna to do that."

    Wendy stole down a hallway, making sure to put plenty of distance between her and the unconscious guard. Completely by accident, she found herself by the dungeon entrance. With a deep breath, she started down the staircase.

    "I don't think she can betray me... or anyone. It's not in her nature."
