"Terminator 2" est un très bon film

c'est très populaire, et le film le plus bizzare parce-que il à été bon.

  2. The maintenance shaft was actually quite spacious, though it was still a bit cramped for them person-sized individuals. It was a space for the maintenance robots to travel without interrupting the other workers, but as long as they didn't bump into any on their way to the next hangar over, they'd probably be fine.
  3. Re: Star Wars RP

I want to make my idea for this clear, to start. You're certainly open to playing a good ol' blaster-wielding bounty hunter, but I've always always always wanted a Star Wars story that focuses on a highly-idealized version of the Jedi and the Sith, where the Force is brought to its fullest potential in every aspect of its execution.

Basically, we would be going for beyond the canon of the movies and shows. It would be turned into a magic system on-par with Nen (if you know what I'm talking about). The way I think we'd execute it would be as me playing a Jedi Master and the lot of you acting as something akin to unofficial padawans, because the way I'm visualizing these fight scenes would make them... difficult.

But anyways. Anyone interested? Again, I know it's kinda bad timing what with Great Houses just starting and all, but... well, knowing how my RPs tend to go, it probably wouldn't last very long anyway. Worst-case scenario we only get a few people for a few weeks and have some fun before it eventually fizzles out.

I want to, but I really don’t have time. This sounds like an amazing idea though and I wish you luck

  4. "I don't think anyone's really around for now, but if you see any guards then do what you can to disguise or otherwise hide us."
  5. "Righto. It's skeddadlin' time." Ayia left the ship first, quietly making her way to the far wall.
  6. I know it's bad timing but I have the sudden inexplicable urge to start a Star Wars RP.

Okay listen. The Force and the Jedi were a part of Georce Lucas' world so he could tell a story, and using film meant he couldn't go as in-depth into it as perhaps he might've liked. The Force seems like the sort of thing that would work really well in a written medium, but its most obvious and decidedly epic method of deployment is in Lightsaber battles, which work much better in visual mediums.

So what's the middle-ground between visual and written stories?

I’ve never done and RP on the shard before, but I would be interested in being a part of this.

Sure I'm really bad at writing fantasy fight scenes so this will help.

  8. "Oh, crap, another A name... damn. I'm gonna keep calling you Strohger." Ayia picked up the knife and handed it to him. "You hold onto that. If you flick that little switch there, it'll convert to plasmatic field mode. Works a treat for stabbing bad guys." She glanced out the doorway. Their exchange had been short enough that it hadn't attracted anyone's attention, thank god... though they probably didn't have all too long before those transmissions workers started to wonder where she was off to. A few minutes more at best. "Anyway, I'm going to continue this mission assuming you're more or less on our side. I suggest you do the same." Ayia brought her head back in, straightening her hat. "Though bear in mind if you try that air-sucky-thingy again, you'll be dead in seconds. Same if you try to shiv me in the back with that knife of mine. Now if you're eager to get out of this universe - and believe me, so am I - I'm going to need you to keep quiet for a bit. You're a bounty hunter, right? Something of the sort? This is your job, and I'm your benefactor. You do what I say and we all don't die. "We're gonna start by making it to the back wall. There's a maintainance shaft that we can take to the next hangar over: as long as it hasn't taken off in the last fifteen seconds, then there should be a decent ship for us to use just over there. I'll be the one going ahead and making sure everything's up to smack, and at my signal you'll start filing into it. I'll fly us to the portal, I'll handle the communications, and unless something goes horribly wrong, I'll have us decidedly not dead on our way out. Sound good?"
  9. "No." Ayia said. She'd taken in a remarkably quiet breath. "But you can come along anyway. It's Strohger, right? What's your first name?"
  10. There were some questions that Ayia had about Variance being able to sigh without any air - and then, again, further questions about how he was able to sigh in the first place.
  11. ...Well that wasn't good.
  12. If he was going to play dirty, then she might as well too. Ayia sat down, leaving the knife, then checked her watch: she held up three fingers.
  13. Ayia slid it out of the way. Unfortunate that there was now a knife sticking out the floor of Allera's perfectly good ship. She took in a breath to see if the doc was still trying to outbreathe her.
  14. The... seriously? Ayia crossed her arms, glaring at the... wind wizard, apparently. She would've cussed at him, but unfortunately that wasn't an option.
  15. She hadn't moved. "I'm not going to attack you at all. And that's ten seconds."
  16. Wind magic, huh? He never said anything about that. By the time the flurry died down, she had caught the knife between two fingers. Ayia peered at him from behind it, then tossed it back. "Strike one. Try again."
  17. "Approximately sixteen million." Ayia brought out a knife, shoving it into his hands. "Right, you want us to listen to you more? You have sixty seconds to leave a mark on me."
  18. "Fair enough. How many people have you killed?"
  19. "Do you think we're stupid, doc?"
  20. "He can stab who he damn well pleases. We're not blowing up Allera's ship, and we're not going to try to kill Shim while we're here. We can worry about him - and you, if we have to - once we get through the portal." Ayia reached to pull the energy rifle off her shoulder, handing it to Allera. "Here. I take it you know how to shoot these things?" @Szeth_Pancakes
