"We're here because Allera wanted to leave the universe you came from." Ayia sat back. "That's the only reason why we're here. I wasn't expecting Beorin to have nearly as much in terms of security here already, so we took a gamble - a gamble, I should add, that you agreed to. Beorin's undefeatable because they're gigantic and have more resources at their disposal than most gods have ever seen in their entire lifetime, we fight them because people tend to suffer under their rule, the resistance is full of people who could kill you easily... and they can handle themselves. In fact, where I was hoping we could get to would even get me back in contact with them, and frankly I'll be surprised if something went wrong while I was away. I have not been 'avoiding' questions, I have neglected to answer several: mostly, get this, because this room is probably bugged. In fact, a whole brigade of security officers are probably listen to your hissy fit as we speak."
-
"I would," she replied. "Strohger, is there anything else you'd like to get off your chest?"
-
"Maybe."
-
"You are not, in fact, a part of the mission. I suppose you could be if you really wanted to, but that would take a little more spine than you seem to have."
-
"Mission is classified, and I mean that. All I can say is that it was another job to destabilize the Beorin imperial machine, and that we're still doing it because we might as flipping well."
-
"Semirealm's just a pocket dimension. One power among millions." Ayia shrugged. "It's nothing special. As for how I stumbled across Al over there... it's sort of a long story, but the gist of it is that I got ripped out of my last mission and thrown into this universe somewhat unceremoniously. We wound up teaming up upon finding Variance, fought a few guys, and then you showed up. It's... honestly, it hasn't been that long, all things considered. But a lot has happened."
-
"Answer one: I grew up under Beorin rule. I don't know if it was this universe or some other universe or even what planet I was on. I joined a resistance and met some wizards and almost liberated my home city but then they just invaded it again. Turns out it's impossible to take them down by force, so instead my friends and I spent years studying Beorin protocols and codes and tracking wherever they are... and turns out they have access to far more forms of power than you could count."
-
"Would you believe me if I said the thing that traced the portal was in that Semirealm that Beorin now has access to?"
-
-
“I haven’t been keeping secrets. There’s… a lot to tell.”
-
“I made it quite clear that there was a half-and-half chance of getting exploded. You were all for it.”
-
“I doubt that will be the case.”
-
“I’d argue that Beorin has caused most of our problems thus far. And you were quite for going through that portal.”
-
“Well, I guess I can’t say good luck tends to follow me.”
-
“No. I’m afraid we can’t.”

Jedi Insurgence - a Star Wars RP

Two attacks... simultaneous. That young one had tried to impale him on his own blade - curious. A dirty technique, but respectable. Krarik did not allow the blade to reach him, but released his hold on human to return it to his hand. Sure, he was right-handed, but... well, it was a special occasion. Meanwhile, the Jawa Jedi (Jawdi?) ran towards him with blades akin to daggers - the way the Force resonated about them was strange. Certainly, the strange barriers and bursts of energy were unconventional. It was an easy attack to avoid, but still unexpected. These children have more pluck than I anticipated. -

Feeling generous, Krarik settled on simply stopping the child midair with a small burst of Force from the palm of his hand. That other one over there was trying to take his lightsaber? How cute. It wasn't difficult to counteract the attempt. -

"Pucky... wait - " The Sith Assassin smirked. "Another challenger?" -

"Oh, it's nothing personal," he replied. "Your Master is a threat, is all." -

"He's..." Feisyyd was forced to speak between pants. "He's a... Sith... Asassin." -

Krarik glanced down at his lightsaber, then back at Feisyyd. "Prove it, then." A deep breath out, then a sharp breath in - Master Feisyyd smoothed the wrinkles in the Force flowing in rigid bumps and notches across her consciousness, shifting them back into concentrated waves of distinction. The Essence of the universe, condensed into a calm ocean, surrounded herself and everything for miles around. She could feel every breath and shift in the air, as well as the murmured fears from her companions... but most of all she felt a stillness unlike any other emanating from this mysterious foe: one that rivaled even the wisest on the Jedi Council. Certainly, this was no Sith Warrior or Dark Savant - the cold patience and calculation betrayed his true purpose. She would have to kill him, here and now. Intent burst across the field of Force sensation almost simultaneously, and with a mutual rush of strength they flashed at one another for the initial strike. Momentum carried her blade straight for his heart, but before she had even seen his lightsaber ignite the Assassin deflected it. A burst of strikes erupted between them, blades spinning and whipping about with trails of green against red. The sound and sight was familiar, but the sensation of contact was unlike any she'd felt before: the Attunement of his blade was more potent than even her own, drawing her strikes to swipe ever so slightly slower than his. It took six, seven... eight clashes for him to draw Feisyyd into his advantage. The nudges and beckonings were so subtle even within his Intent that perhaps few others would have ever been able to detect them - and, therefore, anyone to continue fighting in this same way would ultimately find a lightsaber beam slashing across their body. He'd trapped her in a checkmate. For a moment his thoughts betrayed him: Certainty. That was all she detected from the one called Krarik. Feisyyd swept her blade out in a long arc to bring herself instead into Form Niman. Certainly he'd expected this, but she saw no other option: it was all she could do within the next few strikes just to push him back even inches. Two clashes, then a swipe up towards his face: one he easily avoided with a backstep, giving her time enough to leap away. She was panting, covered in sweat. He was smirking, blade held aside casually in amusement. "Care to rethink your answer, Master Feisyyd?" Darth Krarik asked. -

By now, the nearest Jedi Knights and Masters had arrived. There weren't many, considering how thin the Order had spread itself across this planet - but still, this was the most well-fortified and defended areas on all of Tython. More battle-ready Jedi lived here than anywhere else in the galaxy at this point. So why by the Whils had this one adversary come here? "If you all would like to avoid any unnecessary carnage, I suggest your surrender yourselves." Krarik's hands remained away from his lightsaber, though the hilt was now displayed across his belt for all to see. "The Dark Council does not wish for me to slaughter your young - in fact, they've offered every Youngling and Padawan full amnesty under the New Empire." "I'll not give up my own to be tainted by your Dark ways," Master Feisyyd replied. She fell into Makashi Form, steadying her breaths in anticipation. -

"I've stopped moving." He gestured to himself. "A bit slow, are you?"
