Kris set a bowl of sugar cubes and some cream on the table. "And the plants have been 'bred,' in a sense, to create versions that emit the most energy and create the most effective results. Finding a wild version of this cactus wouldn't be anywhere near as helpful as receiving a more developed kind."

      Then proceed with Mistborn, The Emperor's soul, or Elantris.

      Keep going, and then make the recomendation for Andor.

    Most of the doors in the house were closed for now, so Kris just led them down a hallway to his living room and kitchen. He gestured at a wraparound sofa for everyone to sit while he collected the teapot off the kettle.

    "Very well!" Fadran announced after tossing another splodey and taking out a group of five. "We split up. Take out as many as you can. We reconvene in two hours back at Somewhat Ave. Who gets the most will win a glorious prize; and whoever loses gets to take care of the laundry when we're done."

    "All of those are crys. The black ones are worth one, the brownish-orangy ones are five, and those white ones are ten." Vance had a few slightly more valuable crys on him, but he didn't really trust Kealie with those.
