Guys...

I'm BORED. Quarantine STINKS.

We all know this. We all hate it. We all know that I said those words to spark off the Fellowship of the Thing, but they are so true. Usually, around this time of year, we're starting to decorate; make cookies, go caroling, throw a party. And yet we can't. We can't participate in our communities or go travel; we have to sit at home and content ourselves by typing words onto a forum website called the 17th Shard.

Fortunately, that very website has a wonderful community of a ton of brilliant people. We've got people from all over the world in all kinds of professions.

So when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. When life gives you a Shardful of amazing people, make a scudding ton of lemonade.

I feel the need to celebrate this season and community by doing... something. I'm not sure yet. That's why I need all you brilliant geniuses to pitch in your massive brains and come up with a plethora of things that we can do during the Christmas season. We could make art galleries, a Christmas Stories thread; heck, maybe even some weird form of a Gift Exchange or Secret Santa. Writing, music, drawings, sculptures, stories; whatever you can think of.

We're gonna need something to do when we can't celebrate Christmas like we usually do.
