378b. You can also kill them, but if you do this, make sure that none of them get away, and if one of them does, go into hiding immediately. 378c. If you remember them, make sure to treat them all the same, and maintain your friendships with them, as otherwise one of them will turn evil and betray you.

Nightwatcher Boon/Bane (Game)
NameIess replied to killersquirrel59's topic in Forum Games & Random Stuff
Granted, it comes in the form of a giant unkillable monster with a bottomless stomach. The monster ravages the entire world, after eating you first. I wish for the ability to escape any trap or prison. -

Then all the conditioner in the universe was destroyed, permanently and irrevocably, forever, and no conditioner can ever be made again. Thus decrees author Llstml, who really needs to think of a better username.- 111835 replies

Nightwatcher Boon/Bane (Game)
NameIess replied to killersquirrel59's topic in Forum Games & Random Stuff
Granted, but all of your dreams from now on involve you murdering the person who you share your dreams with, and you are declared insane. I wish to have a permanent Atium effect, as if I was burning Atium, without needing Atium, with no side effects that I would dislike or hate in any way except for the intended permanent Atium effect. -
My plan to destroy most of the investiture in the Cosmere
NameIess replied to NameIess's topic in Cosmere Discussion
If Nightblood killed all of the shards, and absorbed their investiture, then that might cause all of the magics that are directly fueled by shards to stop functioning. As I said earlier, my entire plan hinges on the fact that Nightblood is able to absorb more investiture the more invested he becomes. Also, are you saying that Nightblood would cease to function after absorbing all of that power? I believe his purpose is Destroy Evil not Absorb investiture until you get full, Nightblood would still kill you if you were stabbed by him, even if he was satiated. -
Hence why it is difficult to make happen. Who knows, Spark might decide to go along with it... I mean, the spren might decide to go along with it as an experiment, I am definitely not considering using allomancy to kill off an evil spren.

My plan to destroy most of the investiture in the Cosmere
NameIess replied to NameIess's topic in Cosmere Discussion
But Nightblood can absorb it, destroying allomancy, as that draws it's power from Preservation, The white sands sand would no longer turn white, Sel's magic would no longer be able to draw from the Dor, And People would no longer receive breaths on Nalthis. -
Nightwatcher Boon/Bane (Game)
NameIess replied to killersquirrel59's topic in Forum Games & Random Stuff
The Nightwatcher looks taken aback, then says: Are you sure you want this? I mean, I have nothing against it personally, but... okay, uh fine. Could you please not wish for this? I want to live for as long as possible, you know, and, not to give spoilers or anything, but I... might not live through this next book. If you truly wish it though, I will grant it to you, with the bane that you will hate it, but everyone else will love it. I wish that Moash would have a compelling redemption story, and that it would cause everyone to love him. -
Shardblades are more invested than the bands of mourning: So burning Tanavastium should have... interesting effects to say the least. Personally, I hope that it makes you a surgebinder permanently just so that a Mistborn could do this: Mistborn: hey buddy, how small can your shardblade go? could it go down to like a small pellet? Surgebinder: yeah sure Summons blade as small pellet. Mistborn: Wow! can I hold it? Surgebinder: uh... sure. Mistborn: Swallows shardblade. Surgebinder: screams and falls unconsious as their bond is ripped away from them.

My plan to destroy most of the investiture in the Cosmere
NameIess replied to NameIess's topic in Cosmere Discussion
I misinterpreted that to mean the whole Dor, although it's still not 100% clear. I can still go into the cognitive realm on sel, draw Nightblood, and have him absorb the Dor that way. Which is why I start with the Unmade, as the WoB said he was (probably) more invested than them. I then move on to the stormfather, after absorbing all nine unmade, as their combined investiture is probably enough to beat out the stormfather. Nightblood absorbs investiture, and therefore if he was powerful enough, he might be able to absorb all of a shard. My fundamental assumption with this plan is that as Nightblood becomes more invested, he is able to absorb more investiture at a time, until he is able to eat an entire shard. If he doesn't work like that, then my plan will fail. -
My plan to destroy most of the investiture in the Cosmere
NameIess replied to NameIess's topic in Cosmere Discussion
Then what does this mean: A shard would keep way from him, like how the mists would withdraw from him, but the Dor wouldn't be smart enough to do that, as it has nothing controlling it. Nightblood absorbs investiture, so he could potentially absorb an entire shard if he was powerful enough, or maybe splinter them, although splintering is unlikely because of this WoB: -

My plan to destroy most of the investiture in the Cosmere
NameIess replied to NameIess's topic in Cosmere Discussion
@Honorless, a better title would have been "my plan to kill all the shards in the Cosmere" I saw that thread, it was one of the things that inspired me to make this post. Even if eating all three bondsmith spren, the unmade, all large spren on Roshar, and the avatars of Autonomy isn't enough, I can always let him eat the Dor, which is the combined power of Devotion and Dominion: -
This is my plan to destroy the Cosmere: 1. Get Nightblood. Nightblood is probably the most invested weapon in the Cosmere: However, Nightblood is not invested enough to kill a Shard: So I need to make him more powerful, which I will do in step two: 2. Strengthen Nightblood. to increase Nightblood's strength, you must feed him investiture. This can be done in two ways: 1. you let him feed off of the investiture that you are holding, the best method for this would probably be to become a knight radiant, then go out in a storm and draw him, letting him feed off of stormlight. 2. Kill heavily invested stuff with him. This is the option that I will be using, as it will be far faster. My first target will be the unmade, as per this WoB: Since he has more investiture than the Unmade, I will kill all ten of them first, then while all of Roshar is rejoicing, I will kill the Stormfather and the Nightwatcher, whatever the third bondsmith spren is, Cusicesh the protector, and any other large spren on Roshar. I will then kill all of the avatars of Autonomy, starting with Patji. If Nightblood isn't strong enough yet, I will take a side trip to Sel, and let him spend some time in the Dor. Then comes step Three: 3. Eliminate all the shards. I will start with Endowment, as she is most likely the weakest, having intentionally splintered herself to give everyone breaths. After this, I will work my way through the shards, ending with Odium and Harmony, in that order. Obviously for this plan to work, I would need a way to hide both myself and Nightblood from the Shards until it is too ate for them to stop him. Anyone have any suggestions or problems with my plan?

Granted, everyone has a merry Winter holiday. Your curse is that you are thrown in jail and put on death row for your winter holiday. I wish for a teleporter that is completely safe. -
(OB) Most Disliked Stormlight Character
NameIess replied to Toaster Retribution's topic in Stormlight Archive
My least favorite character is Gavilar, I don't think he's badly written, I just think he's a jerk, especially after reading the Sa4 prologue. -
Maybe only a fifth oath radiant would be able to share feruchemy, as their soul is completely merged with the spren.
-
Kaladin should die, either killed by Moash, after refusing to fight the man he still sees as his friend, or sacrificing himself to save a bunch of people. A bunch of voidspren should be killed by the Radiants. Moash should kill off a couple original bridge four members, then realize what he has done, (after killing Kaladin or someone like Teft/Rock) and kill a bunch of fused, then live with regret for the rest of his life (which will not be short).
-
It should at least let me get off-world with my spren, if I store connection on Roshar, compound it, then tap it. Or I could store my spren's connection to Roshar. On a side note, how would feruchemy interact with a nahel bond? would storing my identity store my spren's identity as well? would it let my spren use feruchemy?

Granted, you may grow extra eyes, but you cannot remove them. I wish to bond spren of all ten orders of KR. -
Probably, but it would be difficult.
-
A stick cannot be a type IV, as it was once alive. Type IVs are made out of metal, or some material that was never alive.
-
I would be a windrunner, with Duraluminum compounding (so that I could bring my spren off-world).
-
"Stick, may I introduce you to my friend, Jasnah Kholin? I hear she loves objects that obstinately refuse to change."

Granted, but they hate it, and hate you for forcing them to watch through it. I wish for a good thanksgiving.
