    The woman's tears were being consumed by a dragon.

    "With your condition? Yeah, I'd say it's normal." Nameless managed to stand upright with TAAron's help, leaning against the wall for support. "Not a good sign though. Your condition's progressing faster than I thought."

    "You just found out? But- oh." Nameless turned towards Haly. "Memory loss?" @The Halcyon Girl

    Generations passed, and tears continued to fall. In that place, only the barest of tears fell. Everywhere else, worlds continued in fluidity.

    "To help you, of course." Nameless rolled onto his back, clumsily grabbing TAAron's proffered hand. "How's the soul damage?"

    He disappeared almost immediately, but still. His momentary presence proved that the laws of the cosmos were not concrete. Here, the refugees believed they could find a way to preserve their existence forever.

    Reality was thin here, and they believed it to be a place where the veil between what was and what once was grew thin.

    "He lives there, and I needed to talk with him. In hindsight, I probably should have researched the effects of that place on the human mind, but I was in a hurry. Seems to have turned out all right though." Nameless took an experimental step, and promptly fell flat on his face. "Just need a moment to readjust."

    In those universities they studied to achieve one goal: the preservation of their reality. This was the flaw in their philosophy, you see. They saw the present state of their existence as perfect, and would pay any cost to bring about an end to the change that defines everything.

    That and their surprisingly accurate understanding of the creation of their world.

    Another tear fell, and the dancing flower, the watchers, the caterpillar, and all else was washed away. And became something new.

    "Normal? No, not normal." Nameless slowly raised a hand to massage his temples. "Sorry. It's just... the space between dimensions is odd."

    But the flower still loved him.

    "No, I'm here. Nearim is a Soulless."
  18. NameIess
    Nameless slowly turned his head to look at TAAron. "I'm... fine. Not sure how to leave here. Nearim didn't say."

    And so an audience appears to watch it.

    Nameless head swiveled, eyes focusing on Haly. "Suggestions? Need to... leave here. Go to the tower."

    Of course. They’re right here- the cry of an eagle sounded in the distance.

    Shadows lengthened in the room, twisting together to form into Nameless. He stood unmoving in the center of the room in front of the gathered group, eyes staring blankly into the distance.

    Excellent. Who wants to start?

    Well, they’d still exist of course. It would only be a temporary experiment.

    I’d say not. And we shouldn’t allow Cosmere stuff either.
