    "Yes, of course we can. She's a traitor, after all." Unintelligible raised his hand, summoning his sword- The sword faded away to mist, and Unintelligible collapsed to his knees. "Storm it! There must be breadmunks nearby!"

    Subversion stepped out of the cottage, observing the gathered vengeance group skeptically.

    "I found a strange man, who told odd stories about other world's he'd visited. After some convincing, he took me on as an apprentice."

    "Well, after I discovered my powers, I set off in search of a teacher, someone who could help me master my powers, so I could get revenge."

    Unintelligible ignored Everyone, placing his hand in the residue and closing his eyes. In a flash of light, the group was teleported.

    Nameless turned away from Lerac, staring off into the sunset. "I... don't want to talk about it."

    "Well, I suppose I have, on occasion. I try to avoid thinking about my family, though."

    "Oh, I don't know. Probably some repressed trauma due to not being able to save my brother from that dragon."

    "I don't know. Never thought about that before."

    "If that's what you want to believe, go right ahead. Just don't try it with me. And leave those two alone. They can figure things out without your help."

    "Sure. You know, meddling with other people's feelings for your own personal enjoyment is really not the greatest idea."

    "Oh please. As if you had anything to do with it."

    "Yeah. At least they're talking to each other about their feelings though. Before a life-threatening situation, that is."

    "Well, that's alright. Haly or Wynn can probably manage it."

    Unintelligible shook his head. "All right everyone, let's go kill Subversion. And Rue too, if she gets in the way."

    "I dunno. Figured one of you guys could probably figure out the space warping stuff better than me. I can shoot fireballs, and we have iron and music, so we should be able to fight off the Finn pretty well. For a while at least."

    "Well, we just have to..." Nameless trailed off, glancing back at TAAron to make sure he was out of earshot. "One of us, or maybe a few of us, will have to give something valuable to the Finn. Sacrifice something important to us. Don't tell TAAron or he'll never let us help him, I told him I had a thing that the Finn valued that I could trade for his healing."

    "She's one of Nameless' potential heirs. She killed Valiant, another potential heir, so now we're going to kill her."

    "Of course I do. My plan is to go into the Tower, get to the Chamber of Bonds to make a deal to cure TAAron."

    Indeed. Now we won’t have to fight more battles over which number we should be going off.
