  1. Subversion teleported behind Everyone and stabbed the sword towards her back.
  2. "Ah, thanks for moving." Subversion stabbed the Mordite sword upward, towards Everyone's face.
  3. Subversion winced slightly, but otherwise ignored the pain. "You think this is going to kill me? how about you come and face me yourself?"
  4. Screaming internally, Subversion grinned. "I'll surrender after I'm dead. And I won't die until all of you are decaying in the grave!"
  5. Subversion showed no outward signs of pain from the increased attack, aside from a slight flinch at its initiation. Damn it. I can barely move with this. But I can still win. "Is that all you've got? I expected better, from a fragment of a Narrator! Bring it on you cowards!"
  6. Subversion groans, feeling the pain of her wounds along with all of those she's inflicted, the pressure on her soul from Everyone, the exhaustion from Vengeance's strength-sapping powers. Her will wavers, but remains resolute Platypus is almost as beat up as I am, and Everyone's putting everything into attacking my soul. Unintelligible's still incapacitated. The rest of them can still fight. Damnation, if only they couldn't heal! I could win if th-wait. Subversion's eyes fell on Rym and his sword. I can still win this! One last chance to prove myself, to become Nameless' heir! Turning to Rue, Subversion placed a hand on her ally's exhausted arm. "I thank you for your help" he whispered, hand glowing faintly "You didn't have to fight for me, but you did. I will take this fight from here. Just lend me your strength one more time, and rest." With that, Subversion's hand glowed fiercely, and all of Rue's remaining power was absorbed into the twisted proto-Narrator. With the influx of power, Subversion's wounds close, and her resolve strengthens. One last chance. Moving faster than anyone can react, Subversion attacks Rym, knocking the avatar to the ground and ripping the Mordite blade from his grasp. Then she turns her back on him to face the vengeance party, breathing heavily, power practically gone. "Well then, are you all ready to face death? This blade can kill anyone! Even a Narrator cannot survive a direct blow! You want vengeance? It won't happen!" Laughing derisively, Subversion swings the blade artfully before raising it in a defensive stance. Once I win this, everyone will see what I really am! The Narrator who killed Unintelligible! Everyone! Bookwyrm and Platypus and Darth Barnacles! All will see me for what I am: The most dangerous, the greatest Narrator TLT has ever seen! "Come! face me, and meet your deaths upon this blade!" @Ookla the Perpetual
  7. Subversion stumbles backwards before this renewed attack, but manages to keep her feet. Not good, I'm using up energy too fast. Even with that healing, I won't be able to fight for long. Have to end this quickly. With the speed of desperation, Subversion charges Platypus, knocking aside Vengeance and slashing her blade across his body.
  8. Subversion laughed, moving so quickly as to disappear from Platypus' sight and reappearing be "You have my thanks, Rue. That timing was perfect." moving casually, she kicks Platypus to the ground, holding her renewed Narrationblade at his throat.
  9. Subversion's vision blurs, but she dashes towards Platypus anyways, raising her Narrationblade to cut him down.
  10. Nameless stepped in after him, wincing at the flash of light as he stepped through the doorway.
  11. Subversion staggered, almost falling, but stood up straight again, eyes glowing as she drew upon Narration energy to sustain her. "Vital organs are so overrated, don't you agree?"
  12. Subversion coughed, glad that Everyone was distracted for the moment. She struggled to stay conscious, limbs shaking as her Narratorial energy was absorbed by Vengeance. "A good try" She whispered weakly, "But I'm not done yet." A blast of epic proportions hit Platypus like a hurricane, sending him flying backwards and causing him to lose his grip on Vengeance. Subversion stood up, breathing heavily, Vengeance still impaled through her chest. Slowly, she reached her hand to the side and summoned her Narrationblade, once brilliant gleem now a barely-noticeable glimmer. "I will survive this. You will all die by my hand!"
  13. Subversion warped and disappeared, and Rym felt a the tip of a sword pressing against his back. "Did you really think I'd die so easily?"
  14. His lightsaber exploded, and Subversion took advantage of this by grabbing Barnacles and shoving some of the dark mist that had infected her into him.
  15. Subversion winced, but ignored the effects and launched herself towards Barnacles, forming her Narrationblade into an axe.
  16. Nameless shrugged. "Doesn't matter that much."
  17. Subversion teleported behind the dark thing and stabbed it in the chest. "Let what happen?"
  18. "Because I want to, that's why. Why does anyone want to do anything? Killing Valiant, creating plot twists like that, I enjoy it."
  19. "The Witherlord has existed for well over a thousand pages, and he's still fine. Villains can live long lives, if they're good enough."
  20. "Why fear something that will never happen? Once I kill all of you, I'll be chosen as Nameless' heir."
  21. Nameless shook his head, stabbing the knife into the tower and drawing a triangle the size of a doorway with a squiggly line through it. The triangle lights up before fading to reveal a chamber with several corridors leading away from it, glowing steam emanating from one of the walls.
  22. Subversion killed all the root cultists and formed their souls into a Soul Root monster.
  23. Subversion absorbed their power, using it to create a Root monster which attacked Darth Barnacles.
  24. "I stab the tower with this knife and draw a doorway."
