  1. Subversion walks over to Abalodor and punches him. "You can't just steal my trick and my narration!"
  2. "Hey! Are you messing with my Narration?"
  3. Basically, there are four fundamental forces: Chaotic light, Chaotic darkness, Ordered light, and Ordered darkness. Prismite is chaotic light's metal, Mordite is chaotic darkness's metal, and ordered light and ordered darkness are represented by Luxite and Nullite respectively. Luxite is the closest thing to an anti-metal for Mordite, but almost all Luxite has been corrupted by the Witherlord and the withergeists. Similarly, Prismite and Nullite are sort of opposites, with Nullite being closely guarded by the Enullers, who used it to create the Wall that keeps Narrators and other similarly powerful entities contained within TLT.
  4. Moni shook her head. "If I am forced to try something, I'll try something less risky than ending the entire battle."
  5. "I won't risk killing everyone. I can't risk it."
  6. "I... might. I might also kill everyone involved, or at least the easy-to-kill ones."
  7. "Hm. I might try and intervene if things get really bad. Hopefully that special Plotblade gets the job done."
  8. "Unfortunate? Why, were you hoping I was cursed or something?"
  9. "Sorry to say it, but I'm actually out. Technically, I'm not even a Narrator right now. I'd be worried about Platypus killing me if he wasn't so preoccupied with Desolation. He probably won't ignore the potentially thread-ending threat for our vendetta." Subversion chuckled nervously. "Of course, Moni would protect me, wouldn't you, Moni?" Moni shrugged. "Yes. And Kilometers, It's probably not what you're thinking about my inability to kill people. There's no mystical reason behind it."
  10. As Kilometers approached, he heard Moni speaking animatedly. "-on't hesitate if you break the deal." Subversion opened her mouth to reply, but stopped as Kilometers spoke. "I'm completely out of narration, unfortunately. Desolation's absorbed it all, and without my power I'm basically useless in a fight. As for Moni, well..." "I don't like fighting people, and I can't kill them." Moni grimaced. "I might be able to help, but I don't trust myself to use this Plotblade. It's.... dangerous."
  11. Subversion takes advantage of the hectic battlefield to have a private conversation with Moni.
  12. "I'M GOOD THANKS! I'M NOT GOOD AT SCREAMING IN PEOPLE'S MINDS!"
  13. Unintelligible continued shooting, slowly backing towards the center of the circle. "Is the screaming working? I can't tell." Is there a central Desolation?
  14. Wounding blows won't necessarily kill. They will cause very serious injuries that are basically impossible to heal, but they are survivable for someone like a Narrator. It's only an auto-kill if the blade hits the core of one's being. Unintelligible began mowing down Desolations, bullets leaving lines of light in their wake as he fires repeatedly.
  15. Subversion walked up to the group of onlookers and sat down. "I think I'll sit here with you. Don't want to give Desolation any more power than I have to."
  16. "I'm not going to just give up and let everyone else fight you just because you've achieved your final form or whatever." Unintelligible shot Desolation a few more times. "I can't believe I ever wanted a Plotblade. What did I think would happen, finding one offscreen like that?"
  17. Unintelligible sighs. "Should've asked for a sword, huh? I bet you wouldn't have ignored one of those." Moni winced. "Please don't joke about stuff like that."
  18. Unintelligible tired of watching the standoff and pulled out his pistols, levelling them on Desolation and opening fire. @Aeoryi
  19. Moni drew her Blade, ending the rain around her. "Give it up Desolation. Have you not seen your Ending? I thought Foreshadowing would have shown you." @ΨιτιsτηεΒέsτ By the way, I should probably explain Falvan's weapon. Basically, the Dreamsmith gave it energy leftover from when Arranis used Character Development on Falvan. Because of that the more developed Falvan becomes as a character, the more personal struggles he overcomes, the more his weapon will develop along with him. It will unfold, and eventually become actually useful in battle. Also he gets to name it once it's fully developed.
  20. That is correct. Killing someone with Mordite prevents bringing them back from the dead.
  21. Narration can be undone by non-narration means, especially since it wasn't explicitly stated that Drilk's bonds are unbreakable, so far as I'm aware.
  22. Subversion noticed Cognition's communication and summoned Falvan to Urithiru. "He's not a Narrator." @ΨιτιsτηεΒέsτ
  23. "Yeah, that's about as much as I know. He makes connections with Narrators with his sword, then steals their powers through that bond."
