  1. we can assume that the ghost bloods gave him gems to soulcast with, the reason for this is so other people can see that Lin was making money in a legal way (finding veins of semi-valuable stone) the ghost bloods wanted to have Lin make a play for high prince and it would be harder for him if people knew that he had just been given a bunch of money for a group like the ghost bloods but if he was mining stone they would see him as truly wealthy and would give him more consideration for high prince.

@Kalaksbreath two spikes would mean that Sazed could locate and take control of a Kandra. They wouldn't be a threat at all at that point.

Or it could mean that Trell could take control of her because Sazed didn't know of the metal she was using and harmony couldn't affect the metal as much as a normal spike.

The red eye thing wouldn't be happening if that was the case, since it's just mimicry and no co opted Investiture. It's far more likely that the eyes are a result a stapling that feeds on and corrupts the natural Investiture of the host body.

Bleader may not have had red eyes because she only had one spike and the red eyes are a result of corrupted hemalurgic spikes and one spike was not enough to get the red eyes.

  4. Is it possible for the dawn shards to be on the island of Akinah because the cook in that kills Kaza says that if the island was discovered it would mean the end of worlds and I don't think a soulcaster would be able to destroy a planet?

Do we know if Dalinar can open the perpendicularity at will? Like if he can repeat it? My impression was that he did it in the moment, without REAL knowledge of what he was doing (it seemed mostly instinctive).

In Oathbringer at the end, it says that Dalinar over charges Kaladin with stormlight so he could fly to pick up skar and drehy in alethkar I can only assume that he did something along the lines of opening a perpendicularity though I am not sure if it is the same thing.

I have a hard time believing Navani would ever allow that or that Gavilar could do it without people noticing(where has our warlord/king been all this time?).

True and Gavilar was a very devout Vorin and the nightwatcher is a pagan belief in Voranisim

Her "lunacy" happened when she was a child.  I seriously doubt that child Jasnah could have made the journey to the valley.

I was going to add that Gavilar or Navani being desperate brought here to the valley more likely Gavilar because he is okay with doing some unsavory things like his involvement with the sons of honor.

  8. Does anyone else get the senses that Jasnah had some sort of boon from the nightwatcher? Because I could see it, in Oathbringer it mentions how early on in Jasnahs life she had some sort of affliction and now she is a genius this doesn't make sense to me and it stinks of the nightwatcher to me.
