I really recommendd you check the arcanum and coppermind for these types of questions, as they might help you out. I'm totally willing to answer any you have but I feel it would be something you enjoy. This is theoretically possible but we don;t have any confirmation on it. -

So given this WoB Non invested metal is burnt before invested metal is, so if a twinborn or someone else using invested arts wanted to fight a Mistborn they could consume trace amounts of relativly safe allomantic metals and use that as a buffer against their powers being leeched.

I doubt they could drain them from an object, but people sure. As in a sentient object they act like a soul were in people they are added on. EDIT: also metalminds can be leeched.

Why not? Nightblood can drain it, Hemalurgy can steal it, Larkin can eat it, why not Chromium? And you do have a point it is possible to kill them without, I think the statement you could make of bleeding them dry and leaving them a drab would break them in an even more real sense.
