Frustration

John walked as silently as he could, the gas would allow him to move to new positions without being seen. Slowly he crept up the the edge of the alley, where he could just see the enemy mystics. Taking a deep mechanical sounding breath John fired.

Checking that everyone he cared about had a mask on, John grabbed a tub of bleach ripped the cap off and emptied a ammonia tub into it. Instantly noxious yellow fumes rose from the container. John repeated the process and soon the whole alleyway was filled with mustard gas.

"Everyone, masks on, now!" John said pulling his over his head and rushing to put one on Ji.

"I'm done with the pleasentaries from you people, surrender or die."

"Hold on, here's your comlink." John said. "And, everyone take a mask. Please make sure its aritight. I'll get one on Ji."

"Lead on."

"Hopefully, a way to win."

"Hopefully fast enough." John said panting. He took out a water bottle and handed Ji the vitimins and Iron. "Here, you'll need those." Turning back to Elya he sighed. "Let's get set up."

John rushed ino the store, grabbed a rifle and ammunition, a gas mask for every member of the group, and some rope. He cought some eyes as he did so but John didn't have time to deal with it. After that he moved into the cleaning supplies and bought large amounts of bleach and ammonia. Running by Gardening he grabbed Charcoal, fertalizer, matches and stump remover. Finishing in the pharmacy he bought iron supplements , water bottles and vitimins D and C. With what was left of his cash he bought a comlink for Elya. Fortunetly it was late at night and lines were short. It took longer than he hoped, but he managed to make it in a hour and a half. "I made it."

"Alright, I'll be back quickly." John took off, he had to be fast.

"No, I don't have anyone to contact. Do you want one?"

"I can make that work."

"If we don't change something we're all dead. Never fight a pitched battle, if they can resupply but we can't we've already lost."

John sighed. "Look, I'll go get what we need, and I'll meet you wherever you decide to fight."

"We've lost one man already and almost lost a third. If we fight them on their terms we will lose." John said. "I have some ideas that are pretty cheap, and can be quickly put together."

"We can't keep fighting them the way we have been. Let's gather some supplies and fight them on our terms."

"The Mystic that was just here. I'm certain she was stalling for something."

"Should have just killed her."

John aimed his gun and fired at the deathgranter.
