Evelyn finished the Aon just as the people rounded the corner. The Aon flared and a wall of light appeared. The people slammed into it, and were pushed backwards. Blond guy looked up, confused and hissed as he saw the light. "You are one of them! We will follow you to the end." He gave her a look of pure malice before disappearing back the way he had come, no doubt looking for a way around the Aon. Evelyn started to run again.

Evelyn careened around a corner, trying to get away from the people. They seemed way too fast to be human. Evelyn paused just beyond the corner and drew a quick Aon Edo to try stall them long enough for her to get away.

Evelyn was getting bored. Sure she had brought books, but you can only re-read the same books a certain number of times in a row before they start to get a tad predictable. Evelyn had already reached that point when she looked up and saw a group of three people coming towards her. They looked . . . odd. Dark. Evelyn stuffed her book back into her bag and stood up, smiling at the people. "Hi. Can I help you with something?" Evelyn asked. "Are you a Radiant?" On of the people asked. He had blond hair and ... red eyes? Something was really wrong here. "No. What's a Radiant? I've never heard of them before. Are you Radiants? Blond guy laughed. "No. We are not radiant. We are their downfall." "Oh, well that's nice," Evelyn said. The people had been getting closer, and she could now see that all of them had red eyes. "It was great to meet you all, but I think I need to get going." "Are you sure you don't want to -" Evelyn took off running. She had been told to wait there, but those people were very very wrong in a way she couldn't quite define. Evelyn's suspicions were further justified when she glanced behind her and saw all three people running after her. Great. Just great, she thought.

Callisto had vanished without a trace. Evelyn had tried using the Aons and searching on foot, but with no luck. There was nothing to show where Callisto might have gone. The good news was that they had managed to set up another access point to the Dor, so Evelyn could still contact the rest of the Elantrains. She began to draw the Aon. She needed to let them know that to point was up and that Callisto had vanished. After that was done, there was little she could do besides wait.

I totally forgot that I had read Warbreaker! You're right, the magic system is definitely very cool.

They're all awesome, but I really love the magic system in Mistborn. It would be totally awesome if I could be a mistborn. I'm super excited to see what's next in Stormlight, though.

I have a hard time choosing a favorite anything, and there are so many characters it's hard to decide. I like Kelsier, Shallan, and Syl, to name a few. M-bot is pretty great too.

Hey everyone! New to the shard here. So far I've read Stormlight archive, Rithmatist, Reconers, Mistborn, Legion, Skyward, a few novellas, and probably some more that I can't remember right now. So, I wanted to join the shard, and I looked at a few posts, and I kept seeing things about cookies. Cookies? What are the cookies for? Do I get a cookie?
