The few bandits left scattered and ran. Lynn sheathed her sword and daggers and heard Lessie talking about how the world was supposed to be perfect. Yeah, well, that's life. She thought. She looked over the bandits belongings and found, what was that? A map to their fortress. Bandits, always carrying the most obvious things. "Anyone want to storm a stronghold?" She asked, "This will take a few hours, but we get to kill some bandits and possibly a clan of orcs." They had co-aligned with eachother a while back. @Ookla the Ninja @ShadowLord_Lith @Merlin

Nym waved back to Shana, really just wanting this day to end. She heard them talking about something, Castles? Were they going to build a Castle? How did she get into that class? Whatever, she didn't want to bother them. So, she went to browse the shelves again. She noticed Lopen sitting around and told him, "Choose a Fiction book, Lopen." She had been ignoring him for the most part of the day. He smiled at her and got the book, Dry by Neal Shusterman. She grabbed the book, Lopen standing proudly on the shelf, smiled at him, and went to go check these books out. @AonEne @Ookla the Maybe-Existent @Sorana

Nym wandered around the school, looking fo the library trying to avoid eye contact and ignoring the odd looks thrown her way of people she passed. Geez, word got around fast. She had spoken in Shakespearian more than once in choir and she got a few waves but more odd looks. She finally found the library, and went in, she had some time to slaughter. She saw a few people in there and waved, found a book called Wizard for Hire and sat down. @Ookla the Maybe-Existent @AonEne

The Bandits sneered and began to charge them, they didn't seem to mind that Lynn had elvish weapons and she knew how to use them. Lynn urged Storm on to the bandit leader, quickly assessing their odds, about fifteen bandits against the four of them. Good odds. She rammed her side sword through his gut, taking him by surprise, Storm nearing another bandit she swiftly took care of that one too. @ShadowLord_Lith @Merlin @Ookla the Ninja

Lynn noticed some shadows darting between the trees and drew her side sword and a dagger. Bandits. They came out of the trees, staring greedily at Storm, and the other horses. @ShadowLord_Lith @Merlin @Ookla the Ninja

Lynn thought about the question for a while, should she tell him and risk him asking more questions, or should she just tell him, he was going to figure something out eventually. Instead she just shrugged and turned Storm around and had him galloping in no time. @ShadowLord_Lith

Lynn settled into Storm's back, content, and started the journey southwest. She quickly took inventory of her weapons, 2 enchanted daggers, 2 throwing knives, her elvin bow and arrows, her side elvin sword, and her long sword. That should be okay. She wondered if this was normal, she had named all her weapons after people of legends, that was normal right? Normal people did that. She saw that the men were speaking to each other and trotted up to them. She asked "Are we all good?" @ShadowLord_Lith @Ookla the Ninja

Minas, she knew what it meant, tower, the name held power and emotion, this emotion was stability, safty, unlike English, elvish words were more than words, there were feelings that came with them. "Let's go." She checked for the girl and saw that she was saddled up and ready to go, but where was the other man? @Ookla the Ninja @ShadowLord_Lith @Merlin

Nym went to survey everyone's progress, her horse being already saddled and ready. She walked up the girl but saw that she and her hr horse were having a moment and went to check on the other guy, she saw a nice looking stallion with him and asked, "What's his name? He's a fine horse." She and Storm had spent a year in Rohan while going through the horse-rider bonding and she had learned how to be a pretty good judge of horseflesh. She saddled up before the man could say anything and waited for a response. @ShadowLord_Lith

Lynn walked out the door with three whole new people to quest with. She made her way to the stables and to her already-saddled horse. She had named him Storm. He was a beautiful stormy grey stallion, she had gone through the ritual of horse bonding with him in Rohan. He was shuffling his feet, anxious, and she whispered to him in elvish. "We can go slay a dragon, I know for one down south that has been terrorizing southern Rohan for quite some time." She silently cursed herself, she had forgotten that in Rohan everyone knew her face. They would know who she was and send her back to a life of solitude, expectations, a place where dreams were unable to come true. "You good with going now? Oh, wait, do you guys have horses, we'll travel faster if you guys do." She had a horse, it was given to her by her father, it's sire was Shadowfax, the lord of horses. @ShadowLord_Lith @Ookla the Ninja

Nym smiled back, it was nice to have someone want to do stuff with her. "We can leave right after I eat my meal." Nym snared down her meal and stood up. "We going?" @ShadowLord_Lith @Ookla the Ninja

Lynn walked up to the two men, not a hint of fear in her eyes and asked, almost giddy, "Do you want to go fight a dragon or storm an orc stronghold, or I hear Moria has a pest problem now?" She waited for the men to answer. @ShadowLord_Lith @Ookla the Ninja

Nym's first class was choir. She walked in and was immediately greeted by the teacher. By his name tag his name was Mr. Brown. He asked if her name was Nymina, and she simply said "Nym" he replied "Ok, Nym, what are you?" She said "I'm an alto, I can maybe sing soprano or Tenor." He put her with the Altos and said to the whole class, "This is Nym, a new student," all eyes were on her. "Would you like to tell us where you came from, Nym?" Here goes, Lopen thankfully didn't say anything. "I have harkend hence from over yonder... I mean I came from Minnesota." Everyone was staring at her like she was crazy, but Mr. Brown acted like nothing had happened. "Thank you Nym, let's warm up." And proceed to teaching. Later, Nym saw Lopen snickering in the corner. This was going to be a long day.

Lynn walked into the Prancing Pony, looking for some people who would want to go slay a dragon with her, or go fight some goblins, or basically anything, but really, who wouldn't want to slay a dragon? @ShadowLord_Lith @Ookla the Ninja

"I'll do that." Even though Nym had no intention of doing so. She liked to figure things out herself. So, she steeled herself, took a deep breath and went in, making her way to her first class. @Ookla the Roleplayer
