I like both the plot and anarchy, but the plot tends to smother the anarchy and leaves some people unable to participate. I would suggest something like two separate threads, one only for the plot and another only for the anarchy.

I JUST REALIZED WHY STRAIGHT FACE IS CALLED STRAIGHT FACE AND IT IS LIFE SHATTERING IT’S CALLED THAT BECAUSE IN ORDER TO KEEP A STRAIGHT FACE YOUR MOUTH HAS TO REMAIN IN A STRAIGHT LINE, NOT A CURVED SMILE OR FROWN (At least I’m pretty sure that’s it, the internet isn’t being helpful at the moment)
