  1. From the shadows, a knight in shining Shardplate from another Realm came to save those who were condemned!
  2. Hey, at least I can still eat ice cream! Granted. It's actually a prince who is really confused. In a far off land, a princess is ticked off. I may have been ninjaed, but I can still reply! Grated. You are diagnosed with diabetes the next day. I wish for it to be spring already!
  3. I've been listening to way too much Owl City. Favorite song of their's is either Plant Life or If My Heart Was a House.
  4. Granted. You can only stare at it. I wish for my lactose intolerance to go away and never come back.
  5. That is an interesting question. I don't think she'd be able to turn it into metal, but it makes sense that she'd be able to draw power from it. I assume that's what you mean. If she was a Misting, it might make some sense because she'd only really be able to draw one type of power from it but then if you consider the possibility of her being Mistborn... I really don't know, but if I had to guess I'd say probably not.
  6. Granted, but it once belonged to a man who desperately wants it back. You must ask yourself. How much do you really want that blanket? I wish for a lifetime supply of goldfish.
  7. Way after. There's a timeline. Here's the link. It's awesome. Prepare to have your mind blown. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JJtJhHwpKdow01n2-bsT3scVvqJd6lZh4uvpNwcslv8/edit#gid=0
  8. Oh no! Being sick is the worst! That doesn't sound good at all. We'll just have to give you an IOU on the hugs, I guess. Feel better!
  9. He had been a Gushbinder for some time now actually and he was waiting for the right time to spill.
  10. Really? Huh. That does make sense.
  11. Well, it's a lot different than the other books in Mistborn. When I read it I was most interested in the way Era 1 had influenced Scadrian culture.
  12. Yeah. It's Aon Ire. And I don't know how he can understand them, but it probably has something to do with Connection and maybe being in the Cognitive Realm? I'm really not an expert.
  13. Yes, that's what I assumed when I read it. It makes sense, I suppose. I mean, he's able to understand the Ire's language. The Ire are pretty obviously from Sel. They have the right types of names and someone says, "Merciful Domi" at one point.
  14. It had only been a matter of time before this happened and her family had prepared for it.
  15. *agrees with Lunamor* *wins* *500th post!!*
  16. Butt was not the man he had been when he had started his journey. Watching the universe explode and implode so many times did something to a person.
  17. Thanks! I try to use my upvotes somewhat sparingly, but you guys are just so great! Butt had a secret plan that would be revealed when the Last Posters got to a certain page. He couldn't say which for fear of their spies who may be lurking on this thread.
  18. Shard of Thought approved and wished she wasn't already out of upvotes. Edit: Totally ninjaed.
  19. Well, welcome to the Shard! Who's your favorite character and what's your favorite of Brandon's books? Love your username by the way.
  20. Butt had not been seen for a while. Narrator Shard of Thought was worried about him.
  21. I have read the entire thing in its full glory! You know nothing! I would argue that we're the iconic ones, but I suppose I'm just helping the enemy right now. Good luck you guys!
  22. The brass section at our school... Oh, Shards. There's this one kid named Anthony and he's kinda the class clown. Anyway, one day our teacher lost her voice so she typed all of our instruction on the board up front. Anothony said something, I don't remember what and she scrolled to the bottom of the doc and wrote, "Anthony. Don't be stupid." It was hilarious. Another time (yesterday, actually) she was having the tubas, baritone, and trombones do a chord. She told the tubas to be quieter, but they were too quiet so she told them to be louder than that. The next time they did the chord, one of the tubas blasted and it was hilarious. Mrs. Englehart was kinda ticked, but it was worth it. The guy who plays horn though, he's one of my best friends. He's reading AoL right now and a few days I told him about the cosmere. It blew his mind. On another note, I also had a dream once that Kaladin was an Inquisitor and I was very confused as to why no one drew him with his spikes. I woke up and was like, "Oh that's why."
  23. Bean! How could you have let us down? We need you on the Longest Thread! Why have you chosen to side with these dissenters?
