    Tow watched as everybody grabbed some drinks. "Just don't get drunk!" he yelled. "Bad things happen when you get drunk." He watched as everybody overwhelmed Melody. He thought about intervening, but it looked like things were coming under control.

    Toa eyed the newcomers pie. Probably spiked. He than ran over to the couple at the bar getting drinks. He ran over to them, and then stopped tapping steel. "Don't get drunk yet guys! Drunk people fall asleep, and then miss half the party. Who are you two?"

    Toa tapped his steel metalmind, and started leaping from table to table, grabbing pieces of pie on his way by the pie table.

    I think that's because the Lord Ruler a) couldn't give them Feruchemy and 2) wouldn't want them to have that kind of advantage
