  1. Ah, sorry. I'll clarify that just a bit. It was Lightwards's.
  2. Chi post up! anyone know how to fix the image tags on mobile? got it.
  3. The display was . . . extreme. Chimera had the feeling that Lightwards didn't do anything partway. Teeth grit, Chi found himself furious at the murder, for that's what it was. It was no suicide, for there was no choice. "His life was Lightwards's"? It may be so, but not of any choice. Not of any personal sacrifice. But mind control. Chi sent a falcon to shoot forward to divebomb the necromancer, interrupting the melodramatic speech of destruction. The bird missed as Lightwards collapsed. It suddenly dropped out of the air as well. Then it hit. Like a saber through the gut, Chimera felt devastation like never before. Drawing his sabers, he used them as canes. Death. Gore. His father. Being rammed over and over and over. The cowardice in Cadmus as he failed to lift his rifle and shoot. The failure. Oh, Calamity, Cadmus had been a failure. Chi looked up, seeing the concern in Argo's bear eyes. Fool. This is fake. Chi didn't know what it was, but this depression had to be an Epic. It wasn't right. Chimera stood up straight, sheathed a saber, and sent his birds to distract the Epics in the necromancer's group. A cloud of feathers engulfed them for a moment. That was all Chi needed to lean forward over Lightwards's prostrate body With his single unsheathed saber, he gave Lightwards, "Emperor" of Portland his answer to the offer. It closely resembled severing his head.
  4. Thank you guys!!
  5. Yes. You were swayed away from Eramit and Elenion followed. Seeing how it went, I would've rather killed Elenion. Ah, can't tell you that one yet. Yeah, still felt a bit cheap. Two weeks from Wednesday, though I'll be basically off the Shard that last week.
  6. Jaime was the Senator most against Eramit and I D1. I also figured she was least likely to be protected. El, I'm not sure... I wasn't around for that one. i considered using that to argue for my life, but decided it wasn't very sporting. I may play one more, depending on sign ups. It'll have to be one where I play hard and quick, as I won't be around for more than a couple cycles.
  7. And, I take it, they didn't? Meta's fairly good at avoiding obvious bait. If you remember, I don't like the obvious kills. Way too easy to be caught. Much better to go where no one expects. That it is. It's been a while for me, so I forgot the fun. Good luck. We play quite differently. Quite a few, it seems. I'll be interested to see the spreadsheet at the end.
  8. As I still don't know what happened to the Jeskeri kill, I'm still fairly certain the Merchant was the cause of it. No proof, but it makes much more sense to me. Thats the fun of being revealed. How much can you trust what I say? No, actually. I believe he only scanned Merchants.
  9. In a way that it wasn't even meant to. I was actually just wondering about the merchants because I was just as interested in the lack of a kill as you were.
  10. Welcome. Aman, you nailed the last point. I noticed quite a few tells I gave away in this game, I just didn't have all the time to edit my posts' text like I wanted to.
  11. Ah. Well, you're right. The Jeskeri were the one who failed the kill. My team just missed the fact that I said I'd send in an order to protect El.
  12. I'm debating. First, I'd like to hear why you so decided I was Jeskeri. Aside from the Merchant question, which I've already said I think is a crem reason.
