    So you all know, starting Monday! I'll be out of town until Saturday. There may or may not be wifi. If there is, I'll be able to post but only once or twice a day. If there isn't, I'll still get emails and I'll work out with Wyrm how I can post by proxy. For now, I have nothing to say. I'll put a vote on tomorrow before I leave.

    Well, Altermind's have both been mentioned in his RP. Briefly, but they are there. Electro's weakness has a hint in his profile, but it hasn't been mentioned. Yes. We win by default because of the waffles.

    About Shasnah, I don't think it's a likely romantic ship at all. They don't think of each other that way. If it's more of a friendship ship, like how I think Renadin/Kalarin is, then I definitely ship it. But neither of those could be romantic ships in my mind. Those characters aren't interested in that.

    I doubt Voidgaze is going to let him start ruling. And Altermind won't let someone that vicious and evil rule. Sightline won't stand for it. Flashpoint will help Altermind and Kathy will come along. My alliance has the numbers, but not necessarily the power CM's does.

    As a person, really? Gandalf is harsh and doesn't help when he can, all the time. He is brave, I give him that. He isn't very funny. Compassionate, occasionally. Kind, depends. Dumbledore was a good man, granted he lied a lot, but he did what needed to be done. He was always kind and helpful, most of the time. Edit: Don't get me wrong, I love LOTR and I like Gandalf. But as a character, I like Dumbledore more. It's not so much that he's a better person, but more that he's nicer and I feel like he tries to help more. Gandalf feels colder to me.

    Corpsemaker's alliance is pretty rusting scary. A basilisk-like Epic who can negate powers, a fire-throwing one, one who cuts with electricity and can confuse you, and an insanely strong and creepy Epic who can gift his powers. That's a powerful team.

    Mat, Psy-Fi should join the Thoughttown Coalition. They are more of the "good" Epics, if there is such a thing. Sightline will be joining up with them shortly and he also kills evil Epics. Psy would be a good fit. (And give us more power.)(We also serve waffles, which, I have to agree with the Wafflesworn on this, is the superior breakfast. Also, I will be gone starting Monday as well. I'm not sure if I'll have wifi or not. If I do, I'll post but not as often. If there isn't, I'll still be able to check my email and send emails to Twi to proxy post again, if she doesn't mind. I shouldn't be gone any more after that though.

    This poll is based on the assumption that Shallan will survive the series. I don't know if you read Mistborn, but uh, Brandon doesn't always keep his main characters around.

    The Stormfather seems pretty irritated and unwilling to help Dalinar with being a Bondsmith. He said that he won't become a sword for him. Was the Stormfather just as annoyed back in the days of the KR? If so, the Bondsmiths never had Shards of their own. Even if the Stormfather was willing to help, how would he be the Shards for all three Bondsmiths?

    This suggestion for Denth is just one based on looks. I know nothing about his acting skill, I just searched for Latino actors. Benjamin Bratt has the look for me. I could see him playing Denth. Though he might be too old for the part.

    Dang, Ravenchilde. That's a good casting list. The one I think I'm most hung up on is Denth's. I can't see that guy playing Denth. I have to agree with Traceria and Cracknut here.

    Power-wise: Gandalf. He is a Maia and his magic has no rules we can see. Dumbledore is the better man, in my opinion, though. He is kind. He is funny. He is compassionate. He is brave. Gandalf isn't as many of those.

    I'll have her stick with AM when he gets there and have her come with him to interrogate the prisoners. He won't want to let her wander. He just met her and has no idea how much he can trust her, especially after just being betrayed and with how dangerous she is.

    After being in a QF game, I forgot how boring these nights can be. I'm glad it's only 24 hours.

    Mailu left Keep Heron feeling on edge, but relieved. The speed with which all the nobility had turned on each other was astonishing. Everyone had left the ball with their head intact, which gladdened him. He was queasy at the sight of blood. He didn't like seeing people die. Not sure what would happen this night, Mailu took a carriage to his manor. A skaa servant came to open his door when they arrived. He tripped and fell next to the carriage. Really, these dumb creatures were rebelling? Mailu, angry, opened his own door and jumped out. Picking up the servant, he yelled," Idiot skaa. Next time, walk more carefully." Exasperated, he dropped the skaa and headed inside for the night. I agree with Meta on this. Telling the truth to gain two bits of info is worth any small info the skaa might get.

    Which is worse? To have to wait longer to read the full book or to read a teaser of it that will cut off abruptly? -One of Ham's questions. I have to say, I think I'd take the first one.
