Yes, you do. I'm leaning towards Gryffindor, but Slytherin also has a lot of his characteristics. The main reason I think he'd go to the Lions, and not the Snakes. Is because he isn't really very cunning. The only things left, I think, are the meeting and then we can have the MEE attacks and night. Does anyone have any reason not to cut to the meeting now? One thing I realized when I made my last Altermind post was that they really didn't have a way to communicate. Giving them all movies was one of my smarter ideas, I think. It's simple, but allows for a lot more connectivity. I realized that they needed that when I realized that Altermind had no way to get Voidgaze back until the meeting. Edit: Beginning Sunday until the Sunday after, I will be on vacation. I will have access to my email and so I can keep up, but I'm not sure how often I'll be able to get on here. If necessary, I'll send Twi my posts and anything I need to communicate to you guys in regards to planning.

Empathy saw the grimace on Simon's face as the pain hit his knees. He waved a hand at Empathy, saying, "You're free." Empathy's body relaxed as his legs were able to again move. Simon as well was relinquished from his own restriction. Simon smiled. "I think we are going to have a lot of fun together, Empathy," he said. "Well I'll assume you arrived here under the same mysterious circumstances as I did, from what I've gathered we're in a place called Calamityville ruled by a space-manipulating Epic called Mobius. I've been given directions to her Palace but if the state of the rest of the city is anything to go by it may be in ruins." Empathy laughed as well. "She doesn't seem to be able to take care of herself well, does she?" Simon, still with a grin on his face continued, "Lots of scared people around there I'll bet, Epics and others, care to find some fun?" Empathy nodded. This man was like himself. Together they would've great. "Let's do it. Shall we head towards that palace then?" Empathy released the link between himself and Simon, feeling the pain in his knees disappear. He saw no reason to inform the other man of the broken link though. Empathy started down the road, ready for some fun.

Electro would gladly sign up for Slytherin. Sightline would probably be an Apparitions teacher. Altermind would volunteer as an OWL examiner. Giving difficult tests is fun for him. I can't decide if Trimmer would be more suited to burning random topiaries and being Peeves or being the Herbology teacher where class is all a big joke. Care of Magical Creatures would be taught by Chimera.

Altermind would teach Charms and none of his students would ever be able to replicate his charms. They aren't hallucinations, of course not! Max would start the D.A. all over again only against these awful teachers that just showed up,

Yet another Question…When will we answer these things? So Altermind's post is up. I realized that a lot of the Thoughttown side of the meeting will be just me. WIth Joe as Sightline, but that's it.

Sightline answered Altermind, "I never implied that he was my Emperor, just that he was one. I have no Master. But he wishes to meet with you just after Sundown tonight. At the site of his fight with Nighthound. He also mentioned he would be bringing his Lieutenants with him. So you might want to do the same." Altermind remembered roughly where that had been. He assumed it would be easy to find whatever sentries Lightwards put near it. He began deciding which of these Epics he would bring to the meeting. Panacea would do the most good here and the same with Strongsteel. Flashpoint he would bring as well as Intervention. Having the Empire's representatives a little tipsy could only make things better for him. Mare could be useful as well as Summoner. He had the feel of an intelligent fighter. Sightline would come as well. "As for Voidgaze, she’s making friends and being a good diplomat. Now who are all of these people?” Sightline finished. Well, Altermind could only hope that she could take care of herself until the meeting. He had no way to contact her. "These are our forces. Most have come here, seeking to help us. I'll have this scribe distribute a list of each of us with our powers. I'll also get you all mobiles synced to my network so that we can all communicate," Altermind said. He radioed for one of his technicians to work on the mobiles right away. The scribe handed him enough copies of the list of Epics for each of them. Altermind distributed them to the assembled group. "We need to be able to give Corpsemaker a good battle for this city. We have a large army, but my spy reports say that Corpsemaker has some Epic that can bring you soldiers to life. They are mindless, which gives us an advantage. He also has mech suits and robots." Altermind told his group. "What ideas do you have for us to negotiate from Lightwards and his matter manipulator? She can cause a museum to fly, so it's reasonable to assume that she can create similar technological feats. Any ideas?"

Empathy had set up a link between himself and the Epic once he had looked at him. Empathy's own knees felt the pain that the other man was feeling. Empathy's knees twitched a little, but he had felt this before. He knew there would be times like this, times where Epics would seek to subdue him with pain. Consequentially, he had occasionally linked himself to a subject to learn about and learn how to deal with pain. He heard the other Epic say, "Simon says freeze." Empathy immediately felt his entire body freeze. Only his eyes were able to move. He smiled, in his mind, at least, when the other Epic froze as well. Empathy stared at the other Epic, waiting for him to release the power that kept them both frozen in place. He realized that this man's powers were probably all verbal, which had been why he had called out to him. Empathy waited a few more seconds to show that he was in control, and then dropped the link. The other Epic moved instantly. He turned around to face Empathy properly. Empathy gave him a moment to realize what he wanted. He heard the man say, "Release," and suddenly, Empathy's upper body was free. His legs were still stuck in place. He linked himself to the man a second time. "Well I suppose that's fair, I must say that's quite an unusual ability you have there, I've never heard of anything like it. Name's Simon, and if you leave me alone to have my fun with the citizens of this fine city I'll leave you alone too, in fact given your abilities I might even help you from time to time," Simon said. Simon, like Simon Says. Empathy allowed a small grin to creep over his face. "I'm Empathy. I see how your powers work, and I'm interested in them too. Like mine, they seem to be unique. I can link people together. What one feels, the other does as well. Pain. Emotions. The whole deal," Empathy responded. He saw Simon's hands twitch towards his knees and his grin widened just a bit. There was a dull ache in his knees as well, but he had become accustomed to it, unlike Simon. "If you release me, I'll accompany you and we can have some fun together. If you won't, well, I hope you like where you are, because you won't be leaving," Empathy told Simon. He threw in one more pain flare in the other's knees and felt it himself. He was glad for the frozen position he was in because he couldn't show that it hurt him at all. He kept the small grin on his face as he watched Simon. "I assume you are responsible for her.. outbreak? Feel free to walk with me, then, you seem to be one of my equals. However, I wouldn't call myself a light illusionist, seeing as I only can create copies of people. But this limitation is made up for by the fact that they act like the person I based the image on." The Epic said to Darkest. That was an interesting limitation. One he could remedy. The man created a couple of images of Darkest Hour, and started walking forward when he caught up. The illusions walked as he did, with a slight limo and leaning on the cane. He did so, not out of necessity, but to have an advantage if someone tried to hamper him by getting rid of his cane. It also had a sharp point and was made of very strong wood. "I am told this place is called Calamityville and ruled by Mobius. I am inclined to believe she is incredibly powerful going by objects like that," The Epic continued, pointing to a building that was floating in the sky, "and I wish to meet her. Would you know where she is?" "My apologies, for I don't know. I only just arrived here myself," Darkest answered. "Pardon, but what is your name, friend? I can fix your power too, for I can create any image of light. Sadly, there is no sound to accompany them. If I create an illusion of someone, you could replicate it, correct?"

You guys will just have to wait and see what Altermind decides. It's very possible. They do it in Sanderson Elimination all the time. Just ask a mod/admin. Dang. Missed opportunity there. If only Altermind was the type of person for that. He is just too rational too do that. He doesn't have much of a flair for drama.

GO ahead. After about ten seconds, Empathy would release the link, ready to connect them again if Simon didn't stop. If he released Empathy's head, he would then link to Simon again.

Thanks! I like it a lot! There are a couple of things though. I'm not sure how much flexibility the creator has, but I picture the hair less curly and more in his face. Somewhat like Aragorn's. The goatee also kind of gets lost in the background. It looks pretty good though!Edit: Intervention will definitely Be brought to the meeting with the Empire, so you will see slightly drunk Epics there.

Can Simon only drop the command with his voice? Empathy can release the link mentally and after making Simon realize that what he did would happen to himself as well, he'd drop the link, hoping that Simon realizes that he can out it back up in an instant.

Pain and emotions. I think that commands that Simon gives to Empathy would also be shared. When Empathy links himself ,, he has much better control of what is or isn't shared. When it's two others, it's only pain and emotion. Empathy himself can share just about anything he wants. And I didn't make it clear in my post, but Empathy linked himself to Simon at the end.

He likes to know that he can strike fear into the hearts of others. He has no qualms about hurting anyone, but doesn't do so unnecessarily.
