    Out of nowhere my brain threw a scene of an immortal, incredibly powerful being walking up to some people to recruit them for help, then noticing they have a dog and lavishing SO MUCH ATTENTION on this pupper. “Ah yes world is ending or whatever blah bluh-so-cute who’s the best dog, you are, you are so fuzzy I love youuuu” 

    *dog has rolled over to get belly rubs* *immortal being eagerly complies*

    *humans look at each other blankly as they receive exposition in a gooey voice with occasional breaks for the immortal to glance up and go slightly more serious before resuming scratching behind the dog’s ears* 

    *dog is completely in love with this weird-smelling person* 

    *humans have no idea what is happening* 

    *immortal doesn’t care, the dog is clearly the most important priority*

      Well, I know there are video games in this style. Don’t know about a story, I’ll have to see if there’s interest in me doing it long-term. 

      Yeah, they’re not real links, sorry :P I just expected you to tell me what action you wanted to take. I have no idea what I’m doing with this, though, so maybe I should actually write a mystery before launching into this. *rolls eyes at self*

      A mystery you say? *mind immediately kicks into gear, a far-off, low noise of a lever being released, cogs begin to turn, slowly, with a small whine, and then faster. In the distance, an idea tube lights up like a beacon. More idea tubes flicker to life, and soon the whole mindscape is filled with electric light, like fizzing stars in the night sky.*

      I have no clue where that came from

    Ayy, thanks Safire is bi, though she doesn’t know it. I’m leaning toward biromantic ace over bisexual. Cal is straight. Don't know for sure because Cobalt wasn’t originally my character, but he’s probably straight. I think Ap was. Clearcut is aro. Also technically ace, but she’s a sword, so I don’t exactly count it. Diona is demipansexual. Deteca is biromantic heterosexual. Myriad’s sexual orientation varies depending on whose body she’s currently in, and she’s panromantic. Cassie is pansexual. Joy doesn’t define her sexuality. Ieiea is a lesbian and exploring/questioning her romantic orientation. Ryfne is a lesbian. Gati is pan, and should be gender fluid, but I got scared of writing them wrong. That’s their ideal self, though. All my other characters are cis because I don’t feel right dipping into a non-cis mindset without doing way more research. Izzy is bisexual. Shimmerwing is unsure, leaning toward aro. Mydrys is straight. Replay is gay. (Ignore the fact that I ship him with Diona.) That’s most of them, I think. I’m not going to do all my minor characters or ones I barely wrote. They’re very dead. Yeah, I honestly don’t remember what my first impression of you was. Hmm, I’ve been told a few times now that I’m a bit intimidating (which is something I lose entirely when you get to know me at all), and people would probably notice that I’m into RPing and writing. I’ve been less...loudly?...shipping lately, so maybe not that as much now, but before. That I’m a very fandom-oriented person, that’s something they might notice - you can usually tell pretty quick if someone is or not. That I’m a teenager.

    Apologies for the double post, almost a month is probably okay. For Era Five, what are thoughts on having the guild collapse due to Anarchy Inc, since it could be undone at the end of the era?

    Heck, I don’t remember what the lockdown was for in my school. Was there a supposed bomb threat (I think) year before that? Oof, same. Ah well. At least being in Utah, it’s possible we could meet each other.

    Wow, thank you both, you’re very good to me even if they don’t like me back, it’s fine, as long as they don’t stop being friends with me. Then I’ll die inside. But whatever is best for them works for me.
