  1. At the moment I'm replaying the Dishonoured games, which are some of my favourites. Played 1 + DLCs on highest difficulty going for a "True Ghost" run (playing the game without actually eliminating enemies), although that didn't really stick until I got to the Lord Regent takedown mission. Currently on the Dust District level in Dishonoured 2, custom difficulty with everything turned to the max except mana regen (cause I actually want to enjoy myself). So far managed to do everything so far with no detections and only 1 elimination, an annoying overseer hanging around next to a Rune and Bone Charm I wanted.
  2. I'm going to go with either a coinshot or a lurcher. Every time I walk around anywhere now I find myself looking around, noting metal objects and thinking about how I could push or pull to get to all sorts of different places. Otherwise, Feruchemy is just so damnation useful. As a full Feruchemist, the sky's the limit in most everyday situations but if I had to choose, I would probably go with zinc or brass. Mental speed is always nice, but living in Northern-ish Australia gives me so much opportunity for useful F-Brass, store throughout the summer and tap for the few weeks of cold weather we get here (I'm in one of these weeks now. I don't know how people stand it in other places). I really empathise the Southern Scadrian view on comfortable temperatures, actually.
  3. To all orders of Radiant in the tower: Please stop inviting Stormfather's Bondsmith to your parties. Honours Perpendicularity is not your personal disco light. You can make do with gemstones like everyone else.
  4. At the moment, I just started a re-read of Robin Hobbs Farseer books. Planning to go through the whole collection. They're good, as long as you don't mind main character suffering. And I mean, a lot of suffering. Poor Fitz.
  5. Yep, vague enough to be an excellent first hint. I'm going to guess simple here and go with Elend.
  6. It might not be a full-on 'High Fantasy' setting but Robin Hobb has some good stuff, at least in my opinion. Start with the Farseer trilogy if you're interested.
  7. Robin Hobb Books:
  8. When you have a 10 minute rant to your friend after you check your school library and realise that they have four copies of each Twilight book and three boxes of The Hunger Games, but not a single one from Brandon Sanderson. (No Terry Pratchett, Scott Lynch and Name of the Wind either. What a joke...)
  9. When you start fantasising about being a feruchemist and the best use of the powers you can think of is storing your memories about Sanderson books to get the full impact of a first time read, over and over.
  10. Also, attacking other planets should be extremely difficult for both sides due to the fact that Roshar is at 0.7 Cosmere standard gravity compared to Scadrial's 1.0. Mix in infectious diseases (The 17th Shard's quick visit to the Purelake resulted in a widespread plague) and I think that actually invading would be incredibly difficult even without looking at the actual combat.
  11. When you decide to make your signature either written in Vorin script or as a Glyph.
  12. If Dalinar wrote Oathbringer as Patrick Rothfuss: I have won shards from Alethi brightlords. I burned the town of Rathalas. I have visited the Nightwatcher and left with both a boon and a curse. I became a killer at an age before most even learned to fight. I walk paths during storms that others fear in the weeping. I have destroyed kingdoms, beaten kings and met gods that would make worldhoppers weep. My name is Dalinar Kholin, Blackthorn. You may have heard of me.
  13. Mraize? (I don't actually know if he has used guns before or not, but as a worldhopper it seems reasonable)
  14. Oh, my bad. Actually, this makes the clues even more obtuse and confusing, so I now appreciate it more than I did before. Also, that is totally the best interlude/deleted scene ever (Although the Jasnah one is still pretty good).
  15. Granted, your Chihuahuas keep your computer safe from harm. Unfortunately, every computer virus they eat is excreted as a real-life virus. I wish that I could come up with an original and inspired Cosmere theory.
  16. I don't want to be pedantic here (actually, I do, cause I'm that kind of person) but wasn't an earlier clue that it was an Interlude character? Mixed messages indeed.
  17. Mistborn: WoA: HoA:
  18. Pretty sure Preservation was directly responsible for snapping Kelsier. In Secret History; I personally felt like this was pretty strong evidence towards the idea that Preservation either snapped Kelsier directly or had a hand in how he did so and the power he got from it.
  19. Use F-Brass to store heat and beat thermal imaging cameras or night vision goggles. Useful for stealth infiltrations maybe?
  20. In terms of advantages, it's pretty much just a guaranteed way to push/pull someone Allomantically, although it would be weaker than a normal push or pull. Doesn't matter if they wear/hold no metal if you can push them around by their own blood. Also keep in mind that, TLR was abnormally powerful, so it is unlikely that that ability would be available at an effectively useable level to anyone, particularly in Era 2 and beyond.
  21. Granted, but you now become allergic to everything inside and indoors. I wish for an all expenses paid scenic tour of the various Shardworlds on a luxurious cruise (space)ship
  22. Wasn't TLR a Lerasium Mistborn? He could definitely pierce copperclouds of ordinary mistings/mistborn, so is this just a feature of Rashek being an extremely practiced Allomancer (Probably a Savant as well) or could a Lerasium mistborn pierce ordinary copperclouds as well and Elend just never was put in a situation in which he had to try?
