Agreed. On the item at hand, I think that. One can not attack another individual on the Forums without first being notified first. This can happen in Pm assassinations however.

I just hope in all honestly, even though it would be cool, to not have this break out all Guild War. It would be really messy. Armies of lifeless fighting while the Guilds scheme to get the better of one another.

For now, they are bouts of Valor. For the two Tournaments, there is no death penalty for to deaths will occur. Those are safe, for it is testing to see who is the best and most skilled. Other duels will involve death.
