Leet was just before becoming compounder. Good thing that I was able to capture the leet one before it changed

  13. Thank you for following me!!

  14. I was wrong in thinking that re-integration of the three into one Shallan is not going to happen. I was wrong in thinking that Shallan will surely become a full fledged member of ghostbloods. I was wrong in thinking that Chasmfiends were mere brutes. I was wrong in thinking that Teft might swear 4th oath before Kal. Ofc that Rlain will be a bondsmith, or that Dabbid will be a bondsmith (lol).
  15. A very valid point. But do you think that the re attachment of soul to body by T-Odium, still amounts to being a type two invested entity? He still died, he felt a snap, it is possible that the actual soul left for the beyond, but as he was highly invested at the time of his death, thanks to Rayse pulling him into Spiritual Realm? And due to the shard choosing him, an imprint was left behind, which then he reattached to his body( very easily sure) but nevertheless still a CS only. And therefore, he is not a normal vessel.
  16. I am here!! Let us start this thing!
  17. Thanks that actually helps support my original post in this thread.
  18. We know from wobs that Rayse is scared of NB. He might not have wanted to draw too much of his fused’s attention to NB. Why arm the half crazy unstable fused that he has as his minions, with a weapon that can destroy Him as well. Raboniel may have been interested in finding it for sure but I don’t think that Rayse would have approved. No doubt she was all hush about her real intentions. These fused are so tired of the war, and Raboniel as much suggested that many of them would not mind killing their own god to finally end the war. Although it was clearly a lie but the thought has surely entered their minds!
  19. @Bloodless At the outset I would like to say that I totally respect your opinion. Kaladin surely has a Hero vibe to him and the internal mental issues are the one thing that make him human, as in someone who does struggle and is vulnerable sometimes. However, things are not so bad as you think. He almost failed to defeat Amaram, Rock saved his life. I don’t think Leshwi thought that much of him. But I think the reason for all his past successes has been the legend that pursuer carried behind him. I think most of the times, people he targeted, well got intimidated by his legend. Ignorance sometimes is a bliss. One thing going for our current gene KRs is that they have no knowledge of the legends of the fused. They don’t even see them as half mythical beings. And The Pursuer is quite unstable mentally also. and he relied too much on his powers. As also did the KRs in the past. I don’t see him as succeeding at that much in this book, he failed to protect every single one of the nodes! He had to destroy them. And Raboniel almost allowed it, because destroying the nodes weakened the shield around the pillar and only delayed the inevitable corruption of the tower. And we all know that she wanted time. And allowing Kaladin to break the nodes, gave her the time without her getting the blame for delaying. She obviously felt that her research with Navani was more important than corrupting the tower. I also think that Odium wanted Kaladin as his champion. He himself did not want to kill him but to turn him to his side.
  20. The only evidence we have is contrary to this but may be different circumstances different result. Otherwise Lift for cultivation does not make sense, or may be she will go through some kind of lesson which will teach her to accept change. He was dying at the time of Recreance and was thus raving mad. We don’t really know when Honor died, but it was sometime after Recreance.
  21. I think the successor to Dalinar will be Kaladin. The reason for this is the death rattle : However, the most important thing here is not whether he rules urithiru or the coalition. But, if Dalinar falls, then there is a slightly more important matter of what will become of the Stormfather. Certain Events suggests that the bond between Dalinar and SF will be broken. So, whether Kaladin rules or Navani (as a queen and bondsmith to the sibling), Kaladin will still be his successor as the bondsmith to SF and possibly to Honor. That might even explain why odium said that kaladin has become more dangerous for having left fighting. That this way he poses more of a threat. Because that helps in bonding SF.
  22. He may even see his sacrifice as the Honorable thing to do. I also think that as time passes, shard will always take over the vessel. But a new vessel has more flexibility in respect of interpreting the shards Intent. Also, Odium shard may not be the best only one that wants to remain odium (reason why Rayse never picked up other shards). It should be true for all the shards. So either Tanavast was dying already but very slowly and he hastened it or he sacrificed himself, so that a new vessel can do the things he will not be able to do. A new vessel will be able to push the power in ways that was no longer possible for Tanavast. In the same way, if Lift is indeed selected as the successor to cultivation, then may be a new vessel who opposes/ hates change may be strong enough ( in the short run) to control the shard? And do things that koravah can not.
  23. I agree with this. In fact it is said that Maya and other spren expected pain but not this death/ like frozen state. So clearly something major went wrong with BAMs imprisonment. So what will happen if the unmade were to be released? Is that what Shallan intends to with BaM? Would it automatically revive all deadeyes or simply remove a major hurdle ? For Shallan’s first spren though it appears that should be easy to revive. What will that do? She will have two blades and Two plates. Anything else?
  24. Well even if they think it is Taravangian, he was a king and there bodies are preserved via soulcasting so I am sure that Rayse’s body will not be discarded. So OP is correct and we might learn in the future what is so special about their bodies. I had know idea though that they were useful to keep around.
  25. Welcome! Ooh already joined in the discussion forums, our kind of sharder you are! What else have you read in cosmere?
